My apologies on a late review but I am overall VERY happy with Alex and his team ! We had a small slab leak under our home and the team was able to accommodate and re-route the piping within a week. They were fast, professional, and honest the WHOLE time. I would recommend give AD Family Plumbing Services a call first before calling other ""commercial"" companies. I have spread the word with my local family and friends. I have kept Alex number and will be contacting him any/future repairs. Thanks again !

Alex and his team are awesome! I learned of AD Family Plumbing when I bought a gas fireplace insert. The fireplace company sent AD out to install the gas line. AD did such a fantastic and quick job with the gas line, I called them to arrange some other odd plumbing work at the house. Alex came by to check out: kitchen sink drain piping leak, garage sink install (supply and waste lines), install new hose bib on side yard, run new water line for hot water to kitchen, & upsize a pipe feed to sprinklers from 1/2"" to 3/4"". The work in totality was awkward and had challenges. Alex and his team did the work methodically and cleanly- it even took them longer than they thought, but they stayed until the job was complete and to our satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with the work and the results. And- as a bonus- not only is Alex extremely knowledgeable, he is the nicest most laid-back guy you could ever meet. I would not hesitate to call AD Family Plumbing out again and highly recommend their services. Excellent work at a reasonable price- I now have a 'go to' plumber!

Amazing service. Got a few quotes for a new hot weter heater when our's broken, and AD Family was timely and competitive. They were able to install fast (next day) and professionally. Will definitely be using them again if we need plumbing / hot water heater service!

We had a gas leak in our garage and needed it fixed as soon as possible but we discovered it over a long weekend. We needed immediate help. Alex and Eli came out immediately and provided us with a reasonable quote that we could work with particularly since it was on such short notice. We had a leaking toilet and a bunch of small jobs that had built up. AD Family Plumbing Services responded through Yelp, set up a time to come by via text, and came over to look at everything. They promptly sent a reasonable estimate for time and materials which explained the range of possible hours based on what they might discover when they moved the toilet. They got all the jobs done efficiently. There was one little thing they forgot to adjust when replacing a part of my faucet but they sent someone over promptly to fix it when I texted Alex to tell him about the issue.

I needed to have an old toilet replaced in our guest bathroom. Alex was quick to respond, easy to schedule, and his pricing beat out the rest. He was clean, hauled my old toilet away and even changed out the old valve that goes from toilet to the wall. I will definitely be hiring them again for future projects! Highly recommend!

So I came home to a pex plumbing leak in my bathroom with ceiling dripping water at 6:00pm the day after new years. Contacted them on yelp followed by phone at 6:30. They were here by 7:30 and fixed the pex joint leak by 8:30. And they did it all at a significantly lower price then the next closest competitor who couldn't get here till 10am the next morning. Really nice team/family running this business and their work was spot on. Really impressed me- so much that I wrote this review soon after they left. Highly highly recommend. I have no doubt they will do amazingly well with their family run business!

Alex and his team were a pleasure to work with. He ran out gas lines to two fireplaces. It was a very complex project as our crawl space is extremely limited but Alex worked very hard and had great attention to detail in making it all work! We now enjoy our cozy gas fireplaces thanks to him!
