Kenneth B.I called ACW to snake a kitchen drain, and they came out. the guy they sent told me that he could not snake my drain because the pipe was busted and i would need to have someone send a camera to see where the damage was, (it would cost me nearly a thousand dollars). My drain was ""unsnakeable "" he said He, of course recommended someone they are affiliated with, and once they knew where it was they would give me an estimate then. Then they charged me $200 because they unloaded equipment and came out. what they didn't know was that I was a general contractor and I knew a little about plumbing. he showed me pictures in his phone of roots and dirt on the snake. I noticed that I had no evidence of this where he was working. so trusting my instincts I called some ""real plumbers"" (Genevie Plumbing), who quickly came out and cleared my drain in about half an hour. ACW is dishonest, and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They should show up with a mask and a gun. Steer Clear!!!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
After reading a number of positive reviews on Nextdoor app, google & yelp, I decided to contact ACW @ 1130pm because the website stated that they are 24 hours & I was worried about my basement flooding in my 11month old house. Btw.... warranty company for my newly built house had already sent a tech to my home 4 times this year for the malfunctioning sump pump & I was tired of dealing with them on this issue & we were expecting a tornado in our area. Brian took the time to listen to my concerns and informed me of what his company can do to resolve my issue. He stated that his company would install a Zoeller cast iron submersible primary sump pump... plugged into the wall & a install a Aqua Marine battery operated secondary pump....Tie both systems into an alarm system. Installed a new check valve on discharge line marine battery...all for a significant lower price than Michael & Son. This installation included a 3 year warranty. He informed me that he could come to my home the very next morning. Sure enough, he arrived as promised-reiterated what was going to be done & completed the job. I received my receipt for the work that was completed and the warranty information all via email which is great! I'm very pleased and I'm looking forward to not having to worry about a flooded basement during a power outage. I'm so happy and they saved me a ton of money!
