Excellent service.. my tankless water heater stopped working. Contacted many shops. Some won't even bother to open the box to check what the problem was and tried to convince me to spend over $5k to replace the unit. Alan fixed it in 10 minutes and charged me a nominal fee. They will be my go to shop for any plumbing issues.

Alan was great! Fixed 2 bathroom faucets quickly, and told me to return new set I bought. He also replaced my shower faucet. Went to home depo to find the part. He was honest, efficient and very capable. Cost was very reasonable. Will definitely call them back!!!!!

Unexpected leak in the garage! It's the day before Fathers and we are having the family over to celebrate! We are short on time and needed to get it fixed asap! I called Acute Plumbing based off the yelp reviews and I couldn't have been happier! They showed up under an hour, inspected the site, left to get parts and returned. Leak was fixed all under an hour and a half. Wow, great service! Thank you again for coming on such short notice.

Alan came out from Acute plumbing when our navien water heater was not working. He was very professional, timely and knowledgeable on navien water heaters. I have had some issues in the last 12 months with our water heater and used other plumbers in the past and Alan with Acute Plumbing was by far the best plumber!

My gosh, what professionalism! Alan came over promptly at the designated time for a toilet leak. He was quite methodical and thorough with his inspection. More importantly, he was fair and honest with his service. Although there was no major work to be done in this case, I do plan to continue with Acute Plumbing for anything else down the line.
