I just moved into my new place the night before and realized I did not have any hot water running to either shower. The next day I called Allen with Acute Plumbing and he came over, on a Sunday no less, and was able to fix the problem. Allen also helped me with my refrigerator water line. My hot water heater has been on the fritz for a few days now. Today I had off work so I was googling water heater repair people when I found this company near me and willing to come on a holiday with no extra holiday charge. Even in 103 degree temps, Alan tirelessly figured out what was wrong with my heater and completed the repair. My garage must have been 115 degrees but he didn't complain.

LOCAL PLUMBERS- SAME DAY SERVICE
So I noticed a leak under my sink. So before I attempted to break things not knowing anything. I decided to call the professionals. I prefer doing business locally, because this is our neighborhood and business thrive off our neighborhood. They offered same day service ( perhaps my luck). But they were able to do a same day service.
Alan showed up and quickly resolved our problem. He was nice,prompt and professional.

I would highly recommend Acute Plumbers. I hope not to be in need of a plumber but if I do, I'll be calling Acute Plumbing..

My experience was excellent! Alan was on time and got right to work identifying the cause of our leak (wax ring under newly remolded bathroom toilet was to short and didn't seal). It only took about an hour and a half From beginning to end for the leak to get fixed. We haven't had problems since. Thanks for the great service.

Bonus: We didn't have a ladder easily available for Alan to reach the ceiling, that didn't deter Him. He rushed over to the shop and brought one to use. So nice!

Our kitchen sink had a slow drain and didn't drain fast enough to do dishes with dishwasher or even by hand. I had used a snake from underneath the sink a few weeks ago, and that cleared it... till the other day. Tried to snake it again, but it didn't clear out the clog. Requested a quote from Acute and while I was explaining the situation to Alan, he recommended going through the clean out plug outside and using a drill to power the snake. That totally worked! Would highly recommend and will definitely call if we run into anything more serious. Thanks again guys!
