Want to thank Acute for saving me $100. I called and gave a detailed description of what I needed, they gave me a quote and set up an appointment. Two men arrived the morning of the job. I showed them what I needed done. One of the men told the other to ""Go get your Tools"" and after he left, The first guy started to negotiate a price that was a hundred dollars more than the original quote ?? I don't know if he was padding his pockets or what, but I didn't like it and felt that his explanation didn't warrant the extra cost and I told him no..He got a little bit of attitude and as he walked off, He said "" Well, you have my number if you change your mind. I then called Kirk at THE PLUMBING COMPANY. Him and his partner came over, did more work than I even asked for in my quote. Turned out great and it wasn't more than my ORIGINAL quote from Acute. I will let YOU decide who to Call !!

We have a tankless water heater not heating on demand but randomly. After calling multiple plumbing companies with no return calls or with extreme travel fees or simply not wanting to work with Rinnai warranty, I was grateful that I got to speak with a plumber on first call to Acute Plumbing. He was knowledgeable and very transparent in the process and fees. He was also very thorough and systematic about diagnosing problem and worked with the manufacturer to fix our problem. Allan is certified by Rinnai to service their water heaters weather under warranty or not. Even though ours was not under warranty for our particular problem, he itemized charges and we felt total fee was fair. He scheduled us within 24 hours of my call & fixed in same appointment. I would highly recommend.

Our drain got clogged the week after Christmas. I thought I'd have to pay a lot of money for a plumber during the holidays. I searched on Yelp and Acute Plumbing was highly recommended. I called and they were able to come the very next morning.
I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. Above all, the cost and service was extremely reasonable. The plumber got to business the minute he arrived, assessed the situation, and got the job done quickly. When finished, he cleaned up! I highly recommend Acute Plumbing.

Had a clogged kitchen sink that wouldn't drain on NYE. Searched through yelp and found great reviews about this company and took a chance and gave them a call...best call I've ever made! Alan was on time and very knowledgeable. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of and got the job done in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Allan is wonderful! I had a blocked kitchen disposal, Allan arrived very promptly and the drain had magically opened up by the time he arrived! He checked out the system, all was well and he didn't charge me at all! I will definitely call on Allan for any future plumbing needs.

we hired Acute Plumbing to install some plumbing fixtures at our home. They are the best. They come on time, they do the work in the specified time they had said, and their prices are extremely reasonable.
