We were having issues with our eight year old tankless water heater. They offered to send someone out that afternoon. Allan assessed the situation and clearly communicated the options, likely costs, and the pros and cons. We ended up needing a new unit, Allan was able to get it installed the next morning and reviewed what he was doing and made sure we understood every step of the way. We had issues with our old heater that if you were showering and someone else turned on hot water anywhere in the house, it would go cold. Allan said this shouldn't be the case, and Allan stayed on when the work was done and made sure we tested everything out (multiple places running hot water, temperature of hot water) and that we were fully satisfied before leaving. Top notch service, top notch communication. We are quite pleased with Acute Plumbing and with Allan's service!

I want to start by saying I think Alan is the most honest, trustworthy, meticulous, kind and knowledgeable plumber I have ever met. We had an emergency leak on a Saturday morning. He came within a very short time, and took care of the entire project. He fixed the leak and explained everything to us. His pricing is fair, he is an excellent plumber. I will not call anybody else anymore. I will be using him on all of my plumbing projects from now on. I can not say enough good things about him!

He answered my call after my kitchen sink busted, I was frazzled and emotional, he calmed me down and came the next day to replace it. Thank goodness for Alan! He saved us. Our tankless water heater gave out and we did not have hot water for a few days but thanks to Alan we got it as soon as we called him. He took the time and explained to us the best options and we went with a Navien water heater. He was fair with price and just so knowledgeable. He also took special certifications which is always a plus. Call him if you need a plumber he is the best !!!!

Acute Plumbing really saved us this year.

We had 2 emergency plumbing issues and they came through big time. Allan saved us with his quick timely repairs to allow us to keep our family going and not have to pay extra to do normal everyday things.

He plug an outdoor spicket and he unclogged a major pipe in the house that relieved a flood in our and shower and laundry room.

Excellent service.. my tankless water heater stopped working. Contacted many shops. Some won't even bother to open the box to check what the problem was and tried to convince me to spend over $5k to replace the unit. Alan fixed it in 10 minutes and charged me a nominal fee. They will be my go to shop for any plumbing issues.
