I've had Acts of Service out several times in the last 4years and each time I've had the best experience with any plumbing firm ever. The first time Ricky & helper came out & the reality of the situation was that it would be a costly fix for a small problem. Ricky suggested a simpler solution that cost me nothing and there was not even a charge for that visit. I would have happily paid for the diagnosis because it was certainly worth it.

The next time I called AOS out because I had a leak that was ""unfindable"" and they found it and fixed it. Yes, it was a big problem, but it was fixed and was happy to pay the standard rate. It was a complicated job and got fixed permanently. VERY PLEASED.
Third instance I then was taking care of a condo property for a friend of mine and there was a plumber that showed up and basically charged my friend over $100 for an incorrect diagnosis. Later that problem became huge, caused mold, leakage & ceiling damage. This time I called AOS out and the 2 guys that came out were great - even made suggestions to prevent the problem with a $17 part for future in other locations in the condo that might be at risk for a repeat.

I've owned and renovated several properties over the last decade. I currently don't have any other plumber on my ""most trusted"" list. I wonder if the person from CA is a real person, because I'm mystified with any rating less than a 5, personally. Just my opinion....

I used this company and feel I got ripped off. I will tell everyone I know not to use them. Their story changes everytime you talk to them. They claim they are a ""Christian based"" plumbing company which should have put me on notice before I ever hired them. Prompt, Quick, Courteous, and Knowlegable. This is the third time our family has used them. Call Wed evening and they were here the next morning. They identified the problem and fixed it, all within an hour. Very professional.

I would never hire this plumbing company! Very rude owner! They don't know how to run a business or hire and keep plumbers. They do shoddy work! Make mistakes, don't know how to look/read at a blue print. Absolutely the worst company we have ever hired. Do yourself a favor and don't contact these people. The plumbers we have had out to fix all their mistakes can't believe they are in business or actual plumbers.

My old plumber went mia so I gave AoS a call. Ricky the owner showed up that evening. He checked things out and explained the issue I was looking at; and said he'd have a guy out the following AM. His man Will arrived the next morning, on time, and got the problem fixed within an hour. Very polite and professional guys and I'm happy to recommend them.
