If I could give this business zero stars I would. They charged my single mother $60 for a $15 bath cartridge. They were there to fix a leaky bathtub faucet and left her with a bathtub with no water pressure. When paying $149 for a very simple service you would think that it would at the very least be done correctly. I called the company the next morning and spoke to their office manager who told me "that's just what we charge for that part". I don't know that I've ever heard of a business doing a 400% mark up on a part and then charging an exuberant amount for labor. Not only would I never recommend this place to anyone that wants their problems fixed, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone that doesn't have a firm knowledge of the price points of the parts they will need. Company's like this that prey upon single mothers are absolutely despicable. Absolute trash.

These guys were very professional and worked so hard with us and our home warranty company to get our home back to normal, we had our hot water heater and our air conditioner/heater motor go out at the same time and they went above and beyond to help us. I will highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for repairs to heating/air or plumbing. The receptionist was always in contact with us keeping us updated on the status of our claim and they were always here as promised, even earlier. She was always kind and helpful to us and kept us informed of the status of our claim, if we had a problem she contacted the technical immediately and I really appreciated her help. They made an otherwise unpleasant situation bearable because we knew they were on our side and working for us. I highly recommend them, I wish I could give them 10 stars!

The receptionist lies about scheduling and what she says in voicemails, and then becomes condescending over the phone. When proof is shown to her manager, you get an "I'm sorry, but we can't do anything." They we're going to make me take another day off work because their receptionist screwed up. I let them have a piece of my mind and later the owner called me and told me that they didn't want me as a customer.
