My basement started to flood and they always come to my rescue anytime I have problems as far as roots and clogs in the drain. They are always there on time, very professional and funny which I love!! Awesome, fast, and thorough work for a great price! Our washing machine overflowed last night, and it quickly became clear that the back-up in our pipes was going to prevent us from not only doing laundry, but dishes as well. With COVID-19 bearing down on our community, not to mention a holiday weekend coming up, we wanted to take care of this ASAP! They gave a couple quotes over the phone, and after trying out the least expensive option first, charged us the lesser amount. They were very professional, personable, and came out within a half hour of being called. We will definitely call for them again, should we need help in the future! Thanks so much, guys!!!

My basement has a drain that likes to backup and when it happens it's pretty bad! Active Rooter Plumbing ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS come to my rescue. Called today and they came today. Their price is ALWAYS reasonable, especially for same day service!! Since they are helping me out I am on their time. Some Jobs take longer then others so to me, the Father & Son team that make up this company is well deserving of MY 5 star rating.

I highly recommend Active Rooter and their High Pressure Sewer Jetting Services. Our home was built in the 40's so a large portion or the sewer line gets roots in it. We had other plumbers out, and they would snake the pipe and get it working, but within a year it would back up again. Hydro-Jetting is a much better way to go, and using their camera Active Rooter made sure ALL the roots were cut back and cleared, not just pushed aside. I'm extremely happy with their work and professionalism.

This company said they would come to our office and fix our sewer drain between 11-1:30. Shows up at 2:30. Charges us more then quoted and did not fix the problem at all. Literally 0 improvement of any kind was made. Save your time and money with this place.

Charged $1000 to snake my drain.
Was charging me $3700 total to do the drain and remove a pipe which didn't need to be removed.

He didn't even snake well enough.
Just good enough for a few weeks.

Drain backed up again.
Ended up having to rent a thicker drain snake which did the job perfectly.

This company is a total rip off.

Buyer beware.
Definitely compare price other companies before trusting this con man.
