Not only did Mo do a great job, but he even follows up promptly. He installed an insinkerator and when it stopped working he fixed it quickly and the second time he made a trip to check again free of cost, because it was a very small fix. Great guy to work with and very efficient.

Had a very frustrating issue with a washer that broke twice after moving into our new home. Finally ordered a new one only to find out that upon installation our shut off valve was broken so that the install couldn't take place. Saw the reviews for Active Plumbing, called and they were able to come out the very same day. Durrani and his team were prompt, quick to assess the issue and even installed the new washer for us. Sarfaraz was very responsive and punctual. I needed a water heater replaced at my rental property and he was prompt in responding and coordinated with the renter and had it installed the next day. There was a problem with the installation and he did send his guys out in the middle of the night to get it resolved. He also mentioned that he will cover any damages as he is licensed and bonded. Thank you for the follow-thru and responsiveness.

Majid and team came out and fixed a gas piping issue outside of our residence that we had discovered during concrete renovation. Majid was able to re-route our gas piping and left a pressure gauge for PG&E to observe before they had turned our gas back on.

The only caveat is that we were charged for a permit but PG&E didn't require the permit. We were told verbally that we'd be refunded the $500 if the permit wasn't required, but never got a follow up (once acknowledged) after playing text tag. Decided to just eat the cost vs. dragging it out. Just make sure you get the finer details of the paperwork before signing.

Overall, definitely recommend these guys for the quality work and service, but definitely peep the details of any paperwork prior to signing. (as with any service work being done)

Had a water leak in my rental house. Called Majid and got him to check and identify the root cause. He responded very quick and came up a fix plan. Majid and his team did an excellent job to fix the water leak issue for me and also took care of other water valve issues in a short period of time.
