Ever had your water heater stop working? Unfortunately, I found out the hard way when I had to take the coldest shower in the middle of winter. Needed to solve this issue as quickly as possible.

Reached out to Active Plumbing, and spoke with Mani. He was very responsive, answered all of my questions, and provided a price to replace the water heater the same day. Based on his great communication and competitive pricing, I decided to move forward with Active Plumbing.

He had an opening later in the evening. He sent out techs Mo and Naj, who showed up 30 minutes earlier than expected...which was great. These guys are pros! Super friendly, removed the old unit and replaced everything in no time.

Bottom line, highly recommend these guys for your plumbing/HVAC needs!

Majid replaced and installed my water heater to a tankless model last year (2023). He was timely and communicated well. We had a good experience with his services.
What we did not know going from tank to tankless was that your flow needs to be 2.0 GPM to turn on the tankless heater, vs you can get hot water with even the slowest flow.
A few months after the installation, we thought we smelled a gas leak, Majid came out to scan and cleared that there was no leak. All under the 1yr warranty they promised.

My kitchen sink was clogged. I called and briefly explained the issue and he provided a quote. Majid arrive on time. He and the other person use the snake machine resolved drain clog issue, clean up the pip. They clean the kitchen after the work. The only thing I do not give them 5 star is because MAjid quotes one price but when he come in and demand a higher price like 50% higher. because kitchen is at second floor. If you plan to hire them, try to give as much information as possible to avoid any confusion.
