I highly recommend Active Plumbing if you need a plumber. Active Plumbing really helped us out when we had a couple urgent issues to deal with today. Majid and his crew were quick to respond, professional, cleared out the blocked sewer line (which a previous plumber could not complete earlier this morning) and replaced the water pressure valve (as our water pressure was 100 psi when it should be 60 psi) in under 2 hours! They even cleaned up the mess as if it never happened!
We were totally stressed out because we are expecting family tomorrow and this is absolutely the worst possible time for these problems to occur. Majid was calm, confident, patient, knowledgeable, and could source the materials needed for the jobs immediately. Another plumber thought the water pressure valve might need to be special-ordered.
It was such a relief to get things taken care of swiftly and efficiently. No fuss, no muss.
We also believe we were charged fairly and reasonably. We would not hesitate to call Majid again for any plumbing issues. Thanks, Majid!!

Our water heater broke yesterday. No hot water and there was some flooding in the garage. I'm so glad I called Active Plumbing this morning and spoke to Majid. He came out a few hours later and replaced our water heater. Such a relief that it was taken care of right away. Majid was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. We've been using these guys for awhile now. They did a major upgrade of our sewer line several years ago. Best recommendation from Moshin was install a clean out in front of our house for those just in case. We went ahead and invested in a trenchless replacement of our sewer line. Best investment cause tonight, we needed our sewer line snaked. I know they were busy but Mo did not hesitate to send a tech immediately it was going to be a quick service call. Sayed came, snaked the line and in a few seconds, we hear both tubs go bloop, and the everything drained immediately. Service was efficient. Cost was affordable. Response was absolutely wonderful as if we had our own plumber next door. God bless these guys that provide a quick turn around. Moshin, you guys are awesome as always.

Our water heater was leaking and we didn't have hot water so we called a 24hr company but the earliest appt was the following afternoon. When the technician came to our house, he seemed experienced and knowledgeable and though he answered my questions was somewhat abrupt, seemed like he was in a rush, and the quote seemed high but he said it was because they only used a high quality water heater (AO Smith). So I looked online and called several companies for ballpark quotes which were actually in the same ballpark. When I called Active Plumbing, Majid was patient, helpful, and had availability later the same day, and gave a ballpark quote on the lower end of the ballpark range, and allowed me to text him photos so he could give a better estimate. He replied promptly vis text confirmed the quote, that it would be an AO Smith water heater etc. He texted me that he was running late (2hrs!) but it was worth the wait! They were kind and professional, Majid took a few calls with the same patience he gave me earlier that day, answered our questions and were in and out in less than 2 hours. And later that night we had hot water! I recommend this company!
