The dispatchers were very friendly and helpful, they gave me a 2 hour window of arrival time. I requested a call when they would be in the way and actually got a call letting me know my technician would arrive within 30mins. This allowed me to continue my day and not have to be stuck at home waiting for someone to show up. Other companies I've dealt with say they will call and dont). The technician arrived about 15 mins after the call, clean kept and a great attitude with a smile on his face. He diagnosed my toilets problem and replaced the fill valve and within 15 mins had fixed my problem and given me an invoice and was on his way. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Thanks again Christina for the great job you did notifying me and Ryan for the timely arrival and quick solutions.

Had a collapsed pipe from kitchen to bath, called them and Nathan showed up. He was professional, courteous and took the time to diagnose the problem. If you have any plumbing needs big or small I would highly recommend Active plumbing. We had a couple water leaks with out outdoor faucets and we called them and they came the next day. While our plumber was there my husband asked him to also look at a brand new toilet that was continually running off and on. He said that it was a manufacturer issue and he would take it back to Home Depot for us and get a new one. We made an appointment for the next week for him to come back and he was on time just as he was the previous time and did what he said. The cost for both services were reasonable and we will be using this company for all plumbing services.

Nobody likes a leak. My laundry taps started leaking not too long ago, and it was getting tedious having to bail out the strategically-placed bucket we had to collect the drips. I contacted my home warranty company and they set Active Plumbing & Rooter out to inspect the issue and get it resolved. I was first visited by Chris, who evaluated the situation and submitted the info for the claim. A couple of weeks later, Active Plumbing contacted me again to set up an appointment to replace the taps. Another plumbing technician, Nathan, showed up well within the time window specified, and got to work. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Not only did he solve the problem with new taps, he also replaced the flanges / surrounds behind the taps so the whole isntallation looked brand-spanking new. No leaks, and the work was done in under an hour, and with a smile. I have a feeling I will be using Active Plumbing going forward for all of my plumbing needs at my house. Excellent communication, timely and friendly service.
