Writing an update for Active Plumbing. Out of the blue a week or so ago I received a call from Carl offering a FREE flush of the hot water that they installed back in December 2011. I advised Carl that we had moved, but still own that property. Carl then offered me a free flush for both units. After setting an appointment for our new property, Chris showed up on time, in fact a little early. Chris was very courteous and professional, going over each step. He found our anode rod very worn and went over why. After replacing the anode rod, Chris made sure all the faucets and toilets were good to go. I asked about our rental since we had to reschedule it before...NO Problem! I checked with the Leasee regarding his availability and BAM, appointment set. I would not hesitate to use Active Plumbing again. A-1 people and service.

These guys are great! Both times they have been at my house it's been a wonderful experience. Very thorough and friendly. No pressure or pitch to have work done or buy something. Price for expert service is so reasonable! Ed and Chris are fantastic people and skilled plumbers. So much so I even recommended them to my mother who was also very happy. This company is the best. When they installed the water heater three years ago they did a good job. The Ignitor switch went out today called they came by very promptly, however; Danny the owner son install a new switch left it out side the control box and did not use a connector. Then he removed the anode and told us they need to be change ever year??? We were never told that at install? Then he charged me $20 to come out and $200 for the Anode! If you look up the parts on line the spark ignitor is a $8 and the Anode is $49 I do understand labor fee he was only here maybe a half hour. I only received one invoice for the $20 check not happy with 1/2 hr service and nothing is cover under warranty so why have one?

Our water heater sprung a leak and Active Plumbing had originally installed the unit so we contacted them. The old tank was still under warranty so Danny our technician replaced it with a new one. Relocating from Oregon we had no experience dealing with hard water so we had alot of questions. He was a fountain of knowledge and we got a lesson on our water softener and filtration system. I was amazed how courteous, polite, friendly and knowledgeable he was.
We were very interested in getting quotes on a non-salt water filtration system and told Danny we would be interested in getting quotes from Active Plumbing. Making sure we got three quotes from different companies, we were pleasantly surprised that Active Plumbing came in with the best price for the system we wanted! Eric and Danny came out immediately and installed our system. Both were so pleasant to deal with, and were very diligent in making sure our installation was above standard!
I would highly recommend this company as it is very apparent that their staff beginning with Carl on the initial call, down to the plumbing technicians, Danny and Eric, made this a very pleasant and efficient experience! Active Plumbing is now our go-to plumbing company!

I was referred to Active Plumbing by a friend who had used them 3 times for various reasons. He said they were really great.

My 20 year old water heater needed replacing. They did, no problem. They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently and I think the price was also very competitive.

The biggest thing is Chris, the plumber and I wish I knew his partners name, is extremely knowledgeable. I had been having a serious home heating problem and had a heating and air company out to figure why I was not getting heat in my house in the winter time. They couldn't figure it out. Chris knew immediately! He said your house is heated by the hot water heater, and apparently the important part of that was installed incorrectly. Finally an answer!!! Yay for Active Plumbing...great company!

I had this company come look at my water heater at my salon on Jan. 23 2016. They charged me a little over $1000.00 to repair two valves, replace the anode rod inside the the heater and flush the unit. I asked before all this work was done if I shouldn't just get a new unit, he said no this would fix it.

On Feb 6th the water heater has been running out of hot water for 5 days. I called them up and they said to replace the 75 gal hot water heater it would cost $2475.00 but they would credit me $500 dollars (since they repaired it 2 weeks ago) So the cost would be end up being $1975. I looked on line and the water heater costs $979.00 so basically they want to charge me $996.00 for installation.

These guys rock. So selling my house and to get ready for the home inspection I go and flush my water heater...of course it's rusted out (probably flushed it twice in 5 years; I know, I know). Anyway, pilot goes out and won't restart as its rusted pretty badly; it's shot 15hrs prior to the inspection. Call Active at 10pm and they're able to come out and replace the water heater and bring me up to code by 10am the next morning. Saved me from a re-inspection for sure, and best of all, they were able to do it for an amazing price. They were professional, nice, and genuinaly cared about my plight and were wiling to go above and beyond to help me out. Thanks Active Plumbing, you've made me a customer for life for all my plumbing issues.

I called Active Plumbing because the ""thing"" in my garage was leaking. Chris came out to my home within an hour. It turns out the most important valve in my home was leaking. It controls the water pressure to my whole house. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. This is my second time using Active Plumbing and they are always courteous and provide me with excellent service!
