Today is the second time I have used Active Plumbing and they have been excellent each time! They have been on time during the window given both visits, very polite, and equipped with everything needed for repairs.

Today I walked into my garage on my way to work to the water heater flooding. I called and Brandy helped by telling me where to shut down the water, and told me she would check the schedule and get back to me with a time frame. Within the hour she called back and I had technicians at my house in a few hours.

Chris was my lead technician and he was very helpful. He explained the whole process as they went and explained all the charges to me prior to doing any work. I would be happy to have him back for repairs anytime!

I also work for a commercial service company and know good service. Active Plumbing offers great service!

I used Active Plumbing 3 years ago to install a new water heater. The cost of everything was a little on the high side. The work they performed was above average. Recently I decided to take them up on a free water heater flush/home plumbing inspection. They flushed the tank and inspected the anode rod, the rod needed replaced and ended up costing me about $280. After the home inspection, they recommended about $3,500 in additional work. I did some online cost searching, and had a couple more bids. I can get the same work done for a lot less and some of the recommendations aren't really necessary. I honestly believe they are another company that's trying to generate maximum profit and prey on the 55+ communities (easy targets). Bottom-line, I would shop around and find another company, you can do better.

$200 for 5 minutes work to unclog a toilet. The guy was also 30 minutes later than the time he said. Their ad on Craigslist says this ""...they were so much cheaper than the other guys..."" If $200 for 5 minutes work is cheap I need to become a plumber. Doctors and attorneys don't even make that kind of money. He also tried to sell me on annual service plan and some kind of camera system.

Long story short, toilet issue was not fixed by this rip off company. I found someone else to correctly diagnose and fix the real issue for less than half the price that this rip off company charged.

The company then called me after the bad review and had the nerve to call me the liar. He said his guy was there for 45 minutes. I guess they count the time afterwards where the plumber was sitting out front in his truck texting as work time.

Terrible customer service. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone about a water heater the installed a few years back. They sent two guys out to look at it, never disclosed they were going to charge for the visit. I had a friend of mine whose a liscenced plumber look at it and he diagnosed the problem earlier and I explained that to them. They insisted on coming out anyways and were rude to my employees as well as myself, looked at it and pretty much reiterated what I had already told them was the problem then charged me and left. You'd think they'd have a little more professional courtesy if they wanted my business, especially bieng a commercial account. Do not recommend them to anyone!! If you do watch out for Edward, he's got a bit of an attitude.

I have wanted to write a review on Active Plumbing for some time, but life does have a way of getting in the way at times. So, while life is leaving me alone for the moment, here is my review of my favourite plumbing contractor, Active Plumbing.
We have had the privilege of having Eddie, (the owner), his sons, Chris and Danny, contract with us for the plumbing problems we have had. We first contacted them in, I believe, 2010 or was it 2012 (?), no matter . . . what is important is the quality of their work and the expertise of the men doing it . . .
I have lived in this valley five decades and have used a number of plumbing contractors . . . No one has ever done the fine quality of work as has been done for us by Active Plumbing.
Active Plumbing is our plumber for life, (however long that might be). I expect them to be in business a very long time with their quality of work.

Is excellent to talk with when you call, personable, attentive and knowledgeable.
And, last but not least, I was recently told they are joining forces with an excellent A/C, Heating/HVAC installation and maintenance firm to broaden the scope of business for both companies in the Las Vegas/Henderson Metroplex area.
I have been 'sold' on Active Plumbing for years and now look forward to fine A/C servicing also . . .

Active Plumbing came highly recommended and did not disappoint! They have exceptional customer service. They were right on time as scheduled, prompt, professional and above all very knowledgeable. They are also reasonably priced!! I def will not be using any other company for any plumbing needs in the future!!

Outstanding service! I need two vanities replaced in my master bath and had to work around my tile guys. They sent Chris and he was very professional. He explained everything during every step of the process. He didn't try to add any additional expenses and was very forthcoming about want I needed and didn't need. The tile guys were a little late in finishing their portion of the project and Chris was nice enough to stick around until they were finished. I signed up for their preventive maintenance plan and it was well worth it. Again, every step along the way Chris showed me exactly what he was doing and what was needed. They were very friendly, on time, and called in advance each time to let me know their technician was on the way. Their prices were competitive and they would match the estimates from others as well. I recommend this company without any hesitation.

I had a situation where the drain pipes under my newly installed sink / countertop began to leak. As usual, these situations happen at the most inopportune time. We had an open house scheduled within the next 3 hours when I called Active Plumbing. The Service Call Technician who received may call understood the situation and scheduled a technician / plumber to be at my residence within an hour. ""Chris"" was the Tech /Plumber who arrived...within minutes, he assessed the situation, educated me as to what happened, corrected the problem and was out the door! He was professional yet personable, clearly experienced and made us all feel at ease with the situation. We sincerely appreciate the wonderful service and the most excellent price! Thank you!
