Action Sewer Service

I'm not the type to write reviews. The service of most companies doesn't warrant anything other than average - they did the job I asked. This is a different story.
So a couple of months ago I had a competitor of Action Sewer out to my house. My basement floods slightly every time there's a heavy rain. It continued to get worse over time, happening with less and less rainfall. I called a competitor of Action Sewer and a guy came out to get the clog out of the storm sewer. He spent about 45 minutes and said they did the best they could do and said it would return at some point due to the fact that it's roots growing into the sewer line. Knowing this, He had me sign a waiver saying I waive they're 6-month guarantee which makes sense considering I'd probably have them back within 6 months and continually getting free work. I signed, paid him and went on with my life. Next time it rained it flooded. Nothing changed whatsoever. I'm a student and a father and didn't have time or money for this.
I called action sewer when I got a break from school. The woman on the phone was professional, pleasant, and accommodating with my busy schedule. They sent 2 guys out to tackle my problem. They spent over 2 hours working on my clogged sewer line. I stayed with them through the process and they worked hard for that 2 hours. They seemed to take pride in their work. They were personable and knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions about prevention techniques and what not to do. They gave me cost effective alternatives to having people come out every 6-months. They stayed until the job was done and I don't think I've seen water flow like that since I've owned the house. They cleaned up afterwards and were willing to take the time to make sure I was satisfied. They charged me less than the competitor (though, I feel I owed them more). When I run into this problem again in the future, I won't consider anybody else. The fixed the unfix-able (according to the competitor) and everything about the experience was worth it. Highly recommended.
