We've been using Action for near a decade and have always been impressed by their speed, quality of service, friendliness, and price. Today they outdid themselves: a drain of ours has had just begun backing up so I called to get on the schedule. They said someone could be here within hour. LITERALLY five minutes later someone showed up (he had been in the area). He diagnosed the problem, cleared the drain, and was headed out within ten minutes. Felt like I was in one of those speedy fast sandwich delivery commercials. Absolutely the best service provider we've dealt with since owning a home.

Our basement drain started backing up last night, just before the Holidays! We called Action Sewer this morning (a Sunday no less!) and they came by noon. Andrew was super professional and was able to snake thru the tree roots that had invaded our main drain. He did a great job cleaning up after he was done. My kitchen sink clogged . I called them the next day. They came to my house in 15 minutes. The technician was very nice. He explained why my sink clogged and how he would fix it. My sink got fixed in 20 minutes. He even helped me clean the dirty water from the sewer. He told me if my sink clogged in 30 days, they would come to my house fix it for free. They are on duty 24/7.

I had a pleasant experience with the 2 men that actually provided service, but unfortunately they are not trained to disclose risk or consult about potential uncertainty when it comes to plumbing work. I hired Action Sewer to locate a cracked pipe in the concrete foundation, they used a camera and ""marked the spot"" as was stated on the phone. Never communicating the risk involved or the fact that this may not be the exact location. I had the concrete cut, costing $1150, no crack was found. They came again and located the actual crack 5 ft from the initial marking, which cost me another $1150 to cut again. When talking with the very rude, condescending owner, Mark..he insinuated that I should have known it wasn't a sure thing, I should've known how plumbing works, and he will not be responsible for any of the concrete work. Out of sheer principle and my understanding of customer service, I will never be doing business with this company again.

I have used this service at my home and to open root-bound sewer lines at rental houses. If you call and leave a message, they say they will call back within 10 minutes, AND THEY DO!!!!!! They always have come to fix the problem on the same day. They are efficient and don't leave a mess. That's why I am a repeat customer. Quick and excellent service, reasonable price.

They gave me information about routine maintenance (who knew?), and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns.
