Carl Stewart, who owns Action Service Company, started his plumbing career at a young age, working with his father in Banner Elk, NC. Together, they tackled projects that included residential homes, condominiums, educational institutions, and fire stations. Such experience formed the groundwork for Carl to create his own company in Iredell County. Since 1994, Action Service Company has built a wealth of over 60 years of licensed experience, with proficiency in numerous sectors. Chris L.I could not disagree more with the review of Lori N. I recently conducted a personal business transaction with Mr Carl Stewart, owner of Action Services Company. I found him to be extremely honest, fair dealing and gentlemanly. We spoke about his family company, and I was impressed with his obvious dedication to the welfare of his employees in these trying financial times, and his similar dedication to his customers. While I did not patronize the business of Action Services Co., I certainly would in the future, and urge you to as well, based on my dealings with Mr Stewart.
Lori N.They grossly overcharged me and took advantage of me. I will never use them again. My regular plumber was busy so I called Action. Last week another plumber (who was not available today) fixed a much worse leak where a four-foot section of pipe broke in a three-foot hole and they charged me $175 total. Action charged me $226 for a much smaller pipe break. It was an inch long break less than a foot in the ground. I have never been robbed this badly by a company. I highly recommend not using their services ever. There are many more legitimate companies to choose from.

Our job was plumbing. Th two guys who came in to perform the work were pleasant, friendly and careful. And they finished the job more quickly than we expected. There were no problems that would increase the cost beyond the estimate.
