Made an appointment for Wednesday Feb 28 st 2 p.m. Plumber was a no show. No phone call, nothing. I will not call this place again for service. I guess a simple drain clearance was not financially worth the trouble.

Wow highly recommend I had another company come out and quote me on a gas line I needed to replace then I called out action rooter not only did they beat there price but they offered me a better more efficient way of running the gas line underground with out damaging my entire front yard 5stars to them and there team .

The job got done, but there is room for improvement. I can't complain that much since I didn't pay for this myself. I rent a condo in Fullerton, and the landlord chose this company to fix our sink faucet and my roommate's shower. There was a bit of a mess left behind, which I didn't appreciate. It also took much longer than the 60 minutes their work truck says. The plumber had to go buy a new faucet, so I do understand that added to the time, but it took two hours or more total.

Nice guys. I live on a 2nd story unit in Corona Del Mar and had a shower tub clog that wasn't even slightly draining. They came in and fixed it, but then the lower shower became clogged. I called them back when I realized that was the case and they came out the next business day and took care of it free of charge. They take pride and responsibility for the work they do.

If I could give this guy a 0 I would. We called him Sunday afternoon because our main line for our toilets got clogged up. He came and fixed the problem but then when we went in the shower the shower was still clogged. We called the guy since he said he would give us a 30 day warranty. The guy said he would come back the next day. He came and said the shower wasn't his problem and he couldn't fix it after we paid him 200 for him to be here for 5 min. Since he unclogged the main line everything went to the shower drain 'so he said' he caused the problem yet he didn't fix it. His service sucked and he practically stole money from us for nothing. I don't understand the 5 stars but pictures prove what he did to us.
