A+! Action brought their ""A"" team and ""A"" game!

After 30 mins of paperwork and disclaimers, a few mins later my plumbing leak was fixed. Soon after they removed flooring, and drywall.

They did an excellent job moving the drying fans and checking the dehumidifiers. Constant communication.

I hope you never need them, but I'm glad I found this company on yelp. Very professional and ezcellent with my insurance claim.

Jeremy and his crew responded quickly to flooding caused by high amounts of rain runoff that was blocked by snow from days before, which resulted in pond forming outside my house during the Big Bear Lake storm of 2/14/2019. The pond actually got so high that water started coming over my house foundation through the exterior siding, flooding our kitchen area. Action Response answered the phone at 5 am on the first ring, and got over quickly to keep damage from spreading. They dried everything out, and worked diligently to get people over to remove damaged flooring and drywall. They then worked to get pros over to repair damaged walls and flooring, doing a GREAT JOB!

The Action Response Team were extremely helpful and professional in remediating an exterior garage wall that had been penetrated by moisture and soil. In addition, there was moisture damaged subflooring inside of the house that ran under several walls and they successfully remediated those issues in a timely and professional manner. The level of service was incredible, timely, professional, and fair on all of the work they performed. Dave, Jeremy, Erik, and the office staff were great to work with and I would recommend them to my mom (highest level of standard required for that recommendation!) if she needed remediation, construction, remodel work, etc. on her house. I can't say enough about how great they were to work with!
