Action Plumbing hung up on me in mid-sentence before I had a chance to explain that I may need them. This was after I thanked them for their call-back, but had already found someone who was helping. However, the friend helping me was not a plumber and was only inspecting the problem I was having with a bad leak; I still probably needed a plumber. If Action Plumbing had not been so rude by hanging up on me, I would have used them. Now, I will never employ them. It is unfortunate that this type of behavior is typical in small towns where services are limited and customers are thought to be in abundance. I would rather do without than put up with this type of rudeness. A lot of business is done through referrals. My referral for Action Plumbing is: DON'T BOTHER!
