Not reliable regarding their price quotation. when asked price on the phone it was lower than their actual price when they charged me!
although after my purchase tried their comparator supplier for the same item it is for 25% less!
l did let them know that this is not right and you just lost a loyal customer.

Placed a will call for a job, was told they had plenty in stock. When I arrived for pick up first guy said no they were out and had to find the person I spoke to they went and checked and said they sold the only 4 they had in stock.

How stupid are you that you sell someone's will call order out from under them?
