Action plumbing came to my house repair my Fossett sink Albert did excellent work I recommend action plumbing

Action plumbing came to my building to replace my water heater in an emergency. Albert was professional and very careful with the removal and replacement of water heater. He worked very clean and made sure no leaks. He ran hot water till all air was removed from system. Thank you for your expert work. I will definitely use there service again.

Plumber arrived at my location and fixed my broken water line. They were on time, polite, and made me feel like my home was important. Also the work was done in a timely manner so I can move forward with my day. They made sure there were no leaks before they left.
I will definitely call Action plumber again

Sooooooo where do I start!!! DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT USE!!! I was ripped off for $1700 for a job that that reoccurred within 7days!! The employees are on drugs, and unprofessional! I contacted the owners ex-wife and she had the ""supervisor"" contact me regarding finishing the job for free, I have yet to hear from anyone

DO NOT even think of getting any work done w/ this company. I had my toilet wax ring replaced, after they left the house about 15min I just heard a thump in my bathroom & to my surprise...""MY TOILET CRACKED"" near the right bolt base I called to get them back to take a look but DID NOT arrive. They insisted it was not their fault owner said "" It's porcelain it cracks"" .I tried to get a refund of my money, they would not give it. I believe in karma, hope it comes soon for them before somebody else gets scammed by them. There goes my old $400 toilet plus $135 labor..""FLUSHED"" !!!

This past April, Peoples Gas found a leak and shut off our gas service after my wife smelled gas. In order for the gas to be turned back on, the line needed to be repaired or capped and pressure tested to ensure that was the only leak. I had a flyer for Action Plumbing & Sewers. The flyer said ""we have a truck in your neighborhood"" and ""60 minutes service.""
I called Action at 11:30 a.m. and was told they had a truck available that would be at our house within the hour. At 1 p.m., there was no truck, so I called back. I was told they had just dispatched the truck and it would be there in an hour. They had no answer when I asked why the truck was just dispatched when I was told it would be there in one hour. At 2:30 p.m., no truck, so I called back. When I asked why the truck wasn't there yet, I was told ""things come up."" I was assured by Action there would be a truck in one hour. At 3:30 p.m., I started calling other plumbers at that point; unfortunately, it was too late in the day for any other companies to come. At 3:45 p.m., the truck finally arrived. Due to their tardiness, I had to take a half day off of work.
The plumber said that the charge for capping the leaking gas line and pressure testing the lines was $375. I felt that the price was high. However, since it was 4 p.m., there weren't any other plumbers available. My wife and I also have a newborn baby; we needed heat and hot water in the house. They capped and quickly pressure tested the gas lines and were gone by 4:45 p.m.
I later called to complain about the fee and the tardiness. I asked for the supervisor and told her that I felt the fee was excessive for the amount of work and time the plumber was at my house. She said it was a fair price and she had no response for my complaint about the truck arriving 3 hours after it was first promised. She said she would have the owner call me. I never heard from the owner.

Find another plumber! I totally take responsibility for my experience because I didn't do my research, I just called the first place that popped up on google - lesson learned. Jim quoted a price for dewinterizing my new condo over the phone, but it turned out the process was much simpler than we were lead to believe. He was in and out with my cash in only 20 min after turning on the knobs below each sink - which I could have done myself. Then he gave us an inflated price and overstated the work that needed to be done on our toilets. Never again! From now on, I will make an attempt and educate myself before calling anyone and definitely do my research first. Thanks for nothing Jim!
