Just saw the driver of the van throw a lit cigarette out the window. We are in a very dry area with dry grass lining the road on both sides. I saw a fire truck going by 5 minutes later. To put out a fire he started? What damage did this cause? I won't use them no matter what.
It was on Broadway Kiernan road, the driver was wearing multicolored sports type wrap around glasses if that helps identify him. In response this company calls me a liar and says it is a joke. People lose their houses and lives from negligent wildfires. I find nothing funny about that nor did the passenger in my car who also witnessed this. Throwing a lit cigarette out the window is illegal under California Vehicle Code Violation VC 23111 and requires a mandatory court appearance in front of a Judge with fines and community service penalties.
Bottom line, all your one star reviews sums up your character and integrity.

They came out on a Sunday when our water heater died. They were friendly, fast and reasonably priced. I'll definitely call them again.

Action plumbing is a horribly unprofessional business... the workers as well as the owner. They have come to my home on two occasions and will never be called again. They are very rude 0 people skills. They act as if they are doing you a favor when as the customer I am the one paying them to do the work. They ""fixed"" a leak...that returned and charged us again to come out a week later to fix the exact same leak. Extremely overpriced. Even the woman that sets up the appointments is rude. I have made sure to tell everyone that I deal with to stay far away from this business. To bad u can't give 0 stars.

Called with a plumbing problem. We are out of the area for Action Plumbing, The gal who answered their phone had to be the rudest person I have spoke to in ages. She wasn't so nice in the beginning of the call, but as soon as I said where we lived, she was snappy and dismissive just hanging up; it's like a Saturday Night live skit exaggerating the worst attitude. I think this represents dealing with this company.

Do not and I do mean DO NOT CALL this plumbing company. They will charge you for unprofessional work and will not guarantee it either. They came out and charged us $85 to fix a plugged drain and left. The next day it was plugged again & we called them and they said they'd charge us for the work again. REALLYYYYY........Also, if you call to speak to the manager Mike he will pretty much tell you to f*** off and hang up on you (mind you Mike Lewis is the owner of this pathetic company). My company called them and sadly I was the one dealing with Mike whom is very rude. This plumbing company is a joke and a rip off. BE WARE!

do not use action plumbing. they will rip you off. the local hardware store will sell you the parts you need for a fraction of what they quote you. trust me on this. i have never written a negative review in my life. they are dishonest and unprofessional. don't call them...

The only reason there is one star is because I cant put any less. The costumer service was rude. The worker ""Shelly"" yelled at my elderly father for not doing anything but trying to ask the price and she hung up on him after rudely saying ""are you going to be able to afford this? I'm not sending someone out to waste time if you cant."" so I got on the same phone, called back to get her to talk to me and she didn't even answer. A few seconds later I got on a different phone and I called, she answered rudely and then attempted to yell at me for simply asking her name. don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. Don't even bother with this joke of a corporation

Had action plumbing out 2 fix a leak n kitchen water line resealed it charged hourly fee Started leaking again n 2 weeks came out again n said we needed new faucet wanted 2 charge again should have told me first time

They came out today to unclog my sink drain. The technician was very friendly.

The day before another plumbing company came out and quoted me a price of $250 to do the same job that Action Rooter charged me $89 for. The work was done promptly and satisfactorily. The technician even gave me a few pointers on how to fix another problem I am having with the faucet.

I will use Action Plumbing again when I need plumbing work done. And I will recommend Action Plumbing to other people.
