Was told by the secretary that the plumber would be sent with the equipment to clear the plumbing. The plumber showed up, and then called saying he would need a camera which he didn't bring with him. He told me the cost of the camera was $200.00 per hour. He called back 10 min later and said the price was $300.00 per hour. The plumber showed up at 5:40 and left at 6:19. He left and never called back to follow up or attempt to schedule any further service. The company is billing me $175.00 for a ""service call"", but did not clear the line. We called another plumber right after he left and the line was able to be cleared without a camera. I would recommend finding a reputable and honest plumbing company. This is not the one! The secretary is extremely rude and has poor phone communication skills. They need to change their slogan from reliable and reasonable to unreliable and unreasonable. They price gouge customers and cant do what's promised.

What we thought was just a small garbage disposal clog turned out to be a little more of a clogged drain issue after messing around under the sink for a few hours so we decided to give Action Plumbing and Rooter a call and it was the best decision we could have made. They sent someone out within about 45 minutes on a Saturday afternoon! Our technician was very friendly and answered all questions we had, i would definitely recommend them to anyone in need and we will be using them for any future needs!

The water heater went out a my rental. Another plumber said I needed a new water heater and it was a tight space so I didn't have many options. I called Action Plumbing and very quickly was connected with Mike. He took the time to research and locate a water heater but when he came to look at the space, said that it could probably fix it an save some money. And he did! Mike was very communicative, honest and fast. It was fixed the same day! And Angel in the office was super efficient, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Action Plumbing for your all your plumbing needs.

We had a emergency drain issue today, a rainy Sunday.. the plumber called with a ETA arrived and introduced himself, he did his work professional manner... I was very happy and impressed with the job, the young man new his trade, Action Plumbing you got a good man there!

I'm getting little action as I've left several messages and no return call. It's to fix my shower handle that fell off a few weeks after they initially installed one. The only time I got a person was the answering service who told me to call back at 8am. Aren't they supposed to answer the call meaning take down my number?
Well maybe this will get their attention: I give up after leaving 3 messages on a companies machine and no response.

We received the best service from them. Very professional, very knowledgeable. They diagnosed our hot water heater issues. Turns out we needed a new one. They installed it the next day. Then we had an issue with the kitchen sink water pressure and they came out on a Sunday and fixed it. Very fair pricing. Thanks to Matt and Lauren. Awesome guys. I'll never use any other plumbing company.

I wish I rate this company lower than 1 star, as I don't think they even deserve that. My elderly in-laws called them out to clear a clogged drain in the kitchen. The plumber was there for maybe 10 minutes and said the problem was fixed. Within 24 hours, and absolutely no use, it was clogged again. Apparently it was not fixed correctly at all. When we called, we were told they don't warranty their work and my in-laws would have to pay for another visit to have them out again. RIDICULOUS!! Needless to say we called another company out to clear the drain. He said the plumber from Action did not clean the pipes very far at all. That makes sense since he was there for only a hot minute! Save yourself a lot of grief and money and call someone who stands by their work. Definitely not Action Plumbing!!
