I wish I rate this company lower than 1 star, as I don't think they even deserve that. My elderly in-laws called them out to clear a clogged drain in the kitchen. The plumber was there for maybe 10 minutes and said the problem was fixed. Within 24 hours, and absolutely no use, it was clogged again. Apparently it was not fixed correctly at all. When we called, we were told they don't warranty their work and my in-laws would have to pay for another visit to have them out again. RIDICULOUS!! Needless to say we called another company out to clear the drain. He said the plumber from Action did not clean the pipes very far at all. That makes sense since he was there for only a hot minute! Save yourself a lot of grief and money and call someone who stands by their work. Definitely not Action Plumbing!!

Its always a pleasure to do business with Action Plumbing, they make sure we are always satisfied. Angelina Brooks the office manager is the best and handles all our concerns and makes us feel like its their top concern. 10 stars if we could.

I've used Action Plumbing for several years now but apparently blantent greed has become their creed. I had a new bathroom faucet ( I supplied the new faucet) and new flappers installed in both bathroom toilets. I was charged $35 per toilet flapper ($10.90 per flapper on Amazon for the exact same part).The guys were at my house for a little over an hour, but I was charged for 2 hours time. I was charged $280.00 for this job... Ridiculous ! I will NOT be using Action Plumbing again.

I called today to see if I could have a technician come out because I have water back up and the receptionist who answered the phone said that they were booked for the day and couldn't have anyone out until the following day. I proceeded to tell her that I was a little upset because my landlord has been calling since Monday (today is Thursday) and he's basically been getting the run around- someone is always supposed to call back or call me to schedule but no one ever does. She then said that she did leave me a voicemail and read back the phone number to me which was incorrect. I told her that she must have my phone number on file since I've called them for service several times this year. I got this answer ""We don't keep phone numbers on file, we keep everything on paper. I can send out a technician to you on OVERTIME."" How ridiculous is this answer? Really now???? We are approaching 2019 and you don't log customer information into a computer???? Seriously? We aren't living in the Flintstone era. To top it off she wanted to charge overtime for a mistake that SHE made- THIS IS OUT RIGHT RIDICULOUS. I let the RUDE and MATTER OF FACT receptionist know that the reviews on yelp do accurately reflect the quality of the customer service.



Save your time and frustration of dealing with rude staff and take your business where it is valued.

Called because I couldn't get my disposal installed myself. Couldn't get hooks lined up. Wanted to charge 135 for service call. Would have only taken a couple minutes because everything thing else was done. Talked to tech for advice and when I called back to schedule 15 minutes later laughing the lady said it was now gunna be overtime. Very poor service. Will never ever use them.

I called ACTION Plumbing a year ago to repair a leaky faucet in my master bedroom; the leak was in the cold water faucet; they fixed the leak but did not install the cold water faucet back to its original location and as a result I could not get cold water from this faucet. I called ACTION and complained about the cold water faucet and they finally sent another plumber to fix the problem and he provided a temporary fix and now I still cannot get cold water from the face bowel in my master bathroom. I will have to call another plumbing company to fix the problem that ACTION Plumbing screwed up. I will not recommend this company to other consumers and fact buyer beware! This company gives a bad name to other honest small businesses. Thanks Action Plumbing for damaging my bathroom faucet.

I am Giving them 1 star as couldn't found any thing below this here. The worst experience ever.Pls don't ever rely on them for anything.i called them for Backflow testing for my Gas station. Firstly even they were told well indavance they cane after the due date, more over after coming the Tech left with out doing the job. On calling the Tech was rude and mannerless. And if called the main office to make complaint they stoped answering calls. Worst service worst staff ever. Strict NO NO NO for hiring these guys.

They came out charged 120 cash which I'm assuming he's not going to declare. They did nothing to fix problem. Said they would come back for 90. After I read reviews decided I'd call someone else.

They didn't fix the issue the first time, came back and tried to charge us an astronomical amount again and lied about the amount of time for parts and labor. Shady dudes. No communication between staff and dispatchers. I absolutely do not recommend them.

Just saw the driver of the van throw a lit cigarette out the window. We are in a very dry area with dry grass lining the road on both sides. I saw a fire truck going by 5 minutes later. To put out a fire he started? What damage did this cause? I won't use them no matter what.
It was on Broadway Kiernan road, the driver was wearing multicolored sports type wrap around glasses if that helps identify him. In response this company calls me a liar and says it is a joke. People lose their houses and lives from negligent wildfires. I find nothing funny about that nor did the passenger in my car who also witnessed this. Throwing a lit cigarette out the window is illegal under California Vehicle Code Violation VC 23111 and requires a mandatory court appearance in front of a Judge with fines and community service penalties.
Bottom line, all your one star reviews sums up your character and integrity.
