Greg is scamming people out of their money and his license needs to be taken away. We hired him to do the plumbing for our home renovation. He told us he was available immediately and would have the job done in 1-2 weeks. He strung us along and showed up for an hour here and there for about 6 weeks. Over that 6 weeks he told us he'd show up and failed to show up about 15 times which is a nightmare when doing a home renovation. He asked for extra money for ""parts"" and used needing money for his kids' Christmas gifts to request more payment. He flat out manipulated and took advantage of us, took nearly $4000 and completed less than $1000 of work. After not seeing him for over 3 weeks we finally made the decision to get another plumber. Greg did not refund us our money for work not completed and had the nerve to say we didn't allow him the time to complete the job. After bringing a new plumber in, we found a lot of what he did complete was not done to code (low heat fittings used on heat pipes that would have eventually failed, toilet rough location wrong etc) and most of what he did had to be fixed. Based on the many new negative reviews in the past months we know we are not alone and this is his current way of doing business. We will be reporting him to the authorities and taking him to small claims court.

These guys responded quickly upfront but were really shady. Did a shoddy job on a third floor bathroom and I got water damage below. Only interested in getting fast cash. Run away!!!

This guy is a total bs artist, wanted money every other day, didn't have Insurance, never finished the job. I had to hire another plumber to finish and fix most of his work. I am filing a complaint with the Ri licensing board and having my attorney take him to court. See you soon Greg.

He started job never finished paid him upfront 3500 for about $1500 with the work wants cash or put the check in the helpers name doesn't even drive himself around can't cash a check in his own name think he owes child support see you in court Greg also filling out the forms to Providence

They ripped off a friend. Didn't finish the work and tried to over charge. Beware of them go somewhere, anywhere else.

Action Plumbing is top notch! They are honest, good people who deliver! They are very smart and incredibly fair to their customers; genuinely caring about them. It was a privilege to work with them and absolutely I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
