My advice is, don't take a cost estimate over the phone from this company. My experience is, I was quoted a one hour service fee of $150.00. They arrived 15 min late, completed the job in 40 minutes and billed me for 1.25 hours. My bill was over $200 for a job that was less than 40 minutes. I supplied some pry tools, warm calking, and sink putty as theirs was frozen in the truck, but was not compensated for it.

This company was highly recommended by my sister - I'm glad I listened. Jim was friendly and professional, and calm. The main water shut off in our basement didn't work and water pressure was far too high. He fixed both issues quickly. Very communicative, and truly a good company to do business with. Thank you!

My elderly parents' basement sewer back-up was a disaster! We couldn't get anyone to show up fast. Jim showed up exactly on time as promised at 8:30am and was very professional and courteous. He explained that his parents had the same memory issues as my parents and he knew how to handle it. He was very thorough and snaked out all of the basement drains that could cause future sewer back-ups. He even pointed out that their sump pump was not working properly and immediately replaced it. That saved us a future basement disaster if they had a bad downpour!!! I highly recommend Action Plumbing services as they have a customer for life! Thanks again Jim!

Steve was very personable but he misdiagnosed my problem. I was told that my very expensive Kohler Roman tub faucet system required a complete replacement. The hardware alone would have cost over $500. I expect the labor would have cost at least as much. I live in California , but needed assistance on behalf of my elderly parents who still live in Parma. Their kitchen sink was badly clogged and after two weeks of my father insisting that he could fix it I called Action Plumbing.

Within one hour of my call they had a guy out there. Turns out my dad was looking at the wrong pipes in the basement and the kitchen sink needed to be snaked as well as have new pipes put in. My dad is a former engineer, used to be able to fix everything and tends to be mistrustful of ""repair"" services - he admitted that the guy knew what he was doing, was assured that it was done right and that he couldn't have done it himself at age 84:)

We bought this place last year and we are catching up on overdue maintenance. We called Action Plumbing the first time back in February 2020 when we had water leaking through the ceiling from the upper level. They sent Steve out and he was very helpful. He showed us that the problem was water coming through bad grout in the shower, not a leaky drain like we thought. While looking to see where the water was coming down, he also noticed a water stain inside a closet, which turned out to be another leaking pipe. He fixed the leak that day, but we decided to put off repairing the shower wall until we do a full bathroom remodel. While on-site, we also asked Steve to look at some other plumbing issues and give us estimates for repairs. Steve reminded us to contact our home warranty provider, which we'd completely forgotten about. That helped us take care of some projects sooner than we might have -- and we called Steve at Action Plumbing for those, too. I would not hesitate to recommend this guy.

Steve and Rocco were great! They came to our house twice to deal with a bathroom remodel plumbing. They showed up both times the same day we called them and were quick, honest, and very very kind. They were respectful of our house and our time. I will definitely be calling them in the future for any projects that come our way.

I cannot say enough positive compliments about Steve and Rocco......Steve came out on a Saturday(no xtra charge), an emergency situation...all drains and toilets were gurgling and about to back up.....
He assessed what was going on, and the fix was lengthy and messy, but he and Rocco did it in the cold rain...mud everywhere....they persevered inside and out, and at the end of the day, everything was not only working, but with minimal mess considering, and with great respect for my home......they were drenched and cold and had mud all over thenselves, Steve went out to his truck, cleaned himself off, and came inside with a clean dry shirt and a clean smiling face.....unbelievable service. I just moved here, and took a stab at Action Plumbers.....what a godsent...i still cant believe my good fortune to have found them!
