Had a horrible experience with Action from the start. The person answering the phone is not polite or thorough. I decided to give them a shot anyway. They come out to the house and take a film they are suppose to review for a leak. I expect a 24 hr turn around since I have an active leak... I get no follow up phone call then we head into the weekend with still no call. I call the their answering service 10 times and nothing. Finally I get a call back saying the are going to drop of my film at the house and they did not follow through. I do not recommend action for anything at all. Very unprofessional and lackluster on their services.

Jay from Action Plumbing has been my plumber for about thirty years. He has done an excellent job handling many repairs and constructions projects with professionalism. He is courteous, friendly, honest and knowledgable. Due to the fact that he always does great work in my home, I recommend him to all of my friends. When calling to make an appointment, Jeannie is incredibly nice and a pleasure to speak to. I give Action Plumbing my full recommendation!

I had hired them 4 years ago to replace my boiler with 6 years labor and parts warranty, now my boiler stopped working. When I contacted them they came right away. Unfortunately my boiler need to be replaced, the AO smith company stopped making the same size boiler and refused to give me a new one. I had to bargain with them, the same time the owner Jay was standing by and told me after I talk to the company he would help me right away. AO Smith did not honor the 6 years warranty, I paid for 66 gallon but they only reimburse me for a 55 gallon. I have 3 babies, I can't wait and let them take cold shower, so I told Jay, and he was very nice helped me found the boiler and replaced it. Jay is really kind and has a heart for you. I will recommend him to everyone I know. I now have the new boiler and I also it's very important to know some care, it's not just a job. Thank you Jay, you made a difference.

Great Job! I called Friday morning (Friday before Labor Day!) that my kitchen sink was clogged and she had someone out to my house by 6pm! His name was """"Junior"""" nice guy and had me up and running in less than an hour, still had time to make dinner! Thanks so much, really appreciated it!

Jay is the best. Replaced my hot water heater several years ago (and I was pleased) so I called him again for a leaking outside hose faucet and new bathroom sink faucet. I'm am certainly no expert but he was referred by a friend who was happy with his work. Everything he has done for me seems done by a friendly, knowledgeable and fair professional. Highly recommend.

So, our hot water heater that they installed stopped working. Yesterday Jay stopped by, pulled one plate off the heater and found out that the thermostat was fried. Monday, he ordered a part (it was covered by the warranty), replaced it in an hour and it worked! No more cold showers! Jay has been a true professional and, well, he's great! I'm a stroke survivor and he treats me the same as everyone!
