Beyond awesome service! Kitchen faucet started leaking badly on Thanksgiving day. I left a message asking if we could get on the list for the following day. Got a return call immediately and said if I needed them that day they would! Got a call the next morning and scheduled the service visit within the hour. Professional service but very expensive in our opinion. Changed 3 outdoor valves to SS and about an hour and a half of labor and charged a bunch, for a scheduled job. Feel like I was way over charged. Will look for other quotes for any future plumbing needs.

We have been using Action Plumbing for over fifteen years and have found them to be Extremely Responsive to our needs! Recently we discovered a leak under one of our sinks on a Saturday, and Action Plumbing responded quickly, isolated the leak and fix the problem. The Technician who responded was Andrew, who was Very Knowledgeable & Professional! Upon our request, Andrew returned a few days later, and rerouted and upgraded water and drain lines under our kitchen sink and over our hotwater heater! Before he left, he provided us with advice & guidance regarding our hot and cold water systems, which was informative. I am a long time resident of the Outer Banks and have been using Action Plumbing services for many years whenever the need arose. They have always been prompt and courteous. Today my hot water heater was leaking water so I called the office. Ashley told me how to turn the water off to the heater and to flip the circut breaker, then said she would call me back and let me know when help would arrive. She called me back within the hour to let me know one of their plumbers would arrive shortly and gave me his name. Since I am a widow and live alone, that is very important information to have. The plumber arrived about 30 minutes later and checked the water heater to see if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. I like that they did not just assume that it needed to be replaced! When it was determined that the unit needed to be replaced and told me exactly how much the cost we be, I agreed to the work and had a new hot water heater installed, also today. When I called the office back to thank Ashley, she told me that I qualifed for a senior discount (and they also give a military discount)! Obviously, I will continue using Action Plumbing when needed and highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!

They were my plumber of record for about 10 years. Many seasonal calls for clogs etc and installed a hot water heater. When I had a pipe break last winter they would not come. Not even later, just no. So much for loyalty and customer service, so I have moved on.
