They did not show up for our scheduled appointment, and when I asked about a possible discount on service after having to leave work and miss out on pay the owner's response was ""just go ahead and sue me, I am not dealing with you"". He was very unprofessional and had the nerve to defend them missing my appointment with ""how many times have I waited for a cable man?"" The only difference with that logic is the cable man usually shows up. Will not be using them EVER!
