Built a brand new home. Action did the plumbing unfortunately. Ticking noise in wall anytime you turn on water. Constant ticking, it's a brand new house. Calls go unanswered, the Owner came out and
shoved a piece of 3ft crown moulding into the wall, it fell out after a few hours.

Almost 20 thousand dollars on Brand New Plumbing that's Noisy. The Owner has "" never seen anything like this""

Action was hired to put in a sump pump. We were not notified of when they would start. Before 9AM on a Wednesday they started jack-hammering the floor. We were still sleeping because it was our day off. The workers filled our trash can with concrete chunks and mud. It was so heavy we could hardly move it let alone use it for our trash. A basement door has been trashed because the workers splashed concrete all over it. We can see their footprints in the new concrete they replaced. I am sure the neighboring rental property will not enjoy the fact that the discharge pipe is pointing directly into their yard. And on top of all that one of our vehicles was splattered in mud from them driving through the yard. We are very disappointed and would love to use other words! Left a total mess in the basement and the yard.

Action Plumbing came out to fix my leaking washing machine and replaced both valves. They were friendly and quick. I can't give 5 stars as they didn't show up on time and I had to end up calling them to see if I was still scheduled. Otherwise good experience and would call them for service again.

Vito, a fellow Italian and born in Puglia, was very thorough, friendly, honest, and professional when he came out to give me an estimate, leaving us with a very positive impression. I am hoping that their bid to replace my (water) service line, about 80 feet of underground pipe from the city meter to the water main in the house, makes me as happy as Vito did on first impression. Time will tell and I will update this review after the bid is received and work is completed (if we select them).

Because of their HORRIBLE customer service I received from the answering service, I give Action Plumbing one star! I called to report clogged toilets in our office building. The answering service said she would page the plumbers and put a rush on it. 3 hours went by without a call. I decided to call back only to find out that Action Plumbing never got the message from their answering service AND then I find out that Action Plumbing does not do clogged drains. I was given Floyd's and Roto Rooter's number. The lady at Action Plumbing (not the answering service) said that they get complaints, but there is nothing they can do...it's the only answering service in Lawrence. WOW, pretty pathetic that number 1, a company puts up with horrible customer service due to the fact that they can't get anyone else to answer calls and number 2. the answering service can't handle a SIMPLE TASK of taking messages. This is very upsetting!!! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to take messages.
