Steer clear of Action Plumbing. Very mean female that handles all the calls. The young man who came to my mother's home did not use a dolly when he moved her dryer out and scraped her floors and porch. He left without telling her he couldn't attach it to the gas. He just left. He also left the driveway and left huge ruts along side the driveway. After several phone calls with this lady at Action Plumbing, what was going to be a no charge install ($200+) due to the mistakes the installation man made, she told me she was going to charge full price. Why? Because I asked for the owner's name. She said, ""Oh, you're going to be like this, huh? Well then you're getting billed."" And she did.

Late & left early. Left project uncompleted for days. Required several visits to complete. Uncreative problem solvers. Poor quality control. And just not nice.

Called Action for an issue with our hot water heater. Wasn't all that impressed honestly. Thankful they came out same day but the Tech was absolutely no help. Claimed our water heater was a ""Home Depot Special"" and he couldn't do anything. Attempted to get it lit and ended up breaking the ignitor button that we had to fix. I guess I should add I AM thankful they didn't charge us because the Tech was there a total of 10 minutes. Still would have been nice to get some feedback and not make us feel ridiculous for calling.

Built a brand new home. Action did the plumbing unfortunately. Ticking noise in wall anytime you turn on water. Constant ticking, it's a brand new house. Calls go unanswered, the Owner came out and
shoved a piece of 3ft crown moulding into the wall, it fell out after a few hours.

Almost 20 thousand dollars on Brand New Plumbing that's Noisy. The Owner has "" never seen anything like this""

Action plumbing went way beyond the call of duty to get the sewage and water lines up and running for my 90 yr old father and caregivers! We are so grateful for them especially on Thanksgiving week! I highly recommend them!!! Julie

They canceled my appointment due to an employee no show in the morning, but found some time to come get the major issues handled...plumber who arrived was very good.

Action was hired to put in a sump pump. We were not notified of when they would start. Before 9AM on a Wednesday they started jack-hammering the floor. We were still sleeping because it was our day off. The workers filled our trash can with concrete chunks and mud. It was so heavy we could hardly move it let alone use it for our trash. A basement door has been trashed because the workers splashed concrete all over it. We can see their footprints in the new concrete they replaced. I am sure the neighboring rental property will not enjoy the fact that the discharge pipe is pointing directly into their yard. And on top of all that one of our vehicles was splattered in mud from them driving through the yard. We are very disappointed and would love to use other words! Left a total mess in the basement and the yard.
