Yolanda M.Called them the Thursday before NYE to repair handle on bathtub faucet. We were told inside of handle was frozen. They kept the handle and said they would return next day. Not only did they not return on Friday, they did not return our phone calls. On Saturday, NYE, they showed up UNannounced informing us they could not get the handle unfrozen and that it would cost us first $165, then the second quote was $175. We got the handle back and told them we would get back to them. Fortunately, we called Southtown Plumbing when we did NOT hear from Action. Southtown was able to get our frozen handle unstuck and charged us only $65.

PRO: Very friendly & informative plumbers
CONS: doesn't appear very technical about trade, rushed job, over-priced (delivers a car salesmen pitch about service & price), and they say that they are licensed plumbers, but am unable to find license info.
Not satisfied with service or price for the work I paid for.
