Founded by Laird Tesch, acquired by Scott Hady and Todd Holtan in 2013. We relocated to our new facility in March 2016. Scott brings decades of experience in the heating and cooling industry. Todd has dedicated most of his life to plumbing. Both have envisioned owning their own company for years. They are very hands-on and take pleasure in satisfying customers.
