Could hear water running inside a wall when we turned on one of our outdoor faucets. Roger came on a service call and he is a fantastic and amazing service plumber. Knew exactly how to fix this, made a very minimal opening in the wall, replaced the faucet (which we now know is a ""sillcock"") which must have froze at one time to split the pipe on the faucet. All for a quite reasonable cost. Wait - there's more. Roger is also one of the friendliest and nicest persons we've ever met. Explained everything he did, plus we had a great conversation about tools, and, snakes! (There had been a rattle snake around our house earlier in the day, which didn't bother Roger in the least.) We've used Action for years, they're always great, Roger is the latest example. We highly recommend.

Action Plumbing & Heating is the best. Yesterday was the 3rd time we have needed them for our home (all different issues) and every time they have been quick, courteous, clean and have fixed our plumbing needs. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Best plumbers in town, scratch that, best plumbers in Colorado!
We had a situation where we were being told on a Friday afternoon to replace a wye joint in the plumbing ASAP in order to sell our home. The wye was 2 feet below concrete in our greenhouse, but was within 13 inches of one of the raised beds. Estimates ranged from $5,000 to 3,500. Every company insisted they needed to break up concrete and remove a raised bed in order to make the repair.
Every company besides Action, that is. They fit us into their packed schedule, dug down through the raised bed, replaced the wye joint within hours. And the cost was under $1,000.
I guess that's the master plumber difference.
Honest. Dependable. Capable. As far as I'm concerned, there isn't another plumber in Colorado.

They fixed my leaking pipe just fine and they're always respectable, however they didn't cash my check til 2 weeks later and now my account's overdrawn :(

This company took advantage of my situation. I called and asked for someone to come look at my broken facet. They agreed to come look, but never once did they say their would be a trip charge. When Eral the technician came into my house to see the facet. He explained how I could do it myself and what brand I should buy and stay away from! When he left I thought WOW! He actually cared that I am a mom of 4 kids and one income. I dont have alot of money and just needed someone to help me out. Then to my surprise I get a bill in the mail for $104 from Action heating and plumbing. I dont know about you but I would not want to do business with a comapny that takes advantage of women, and it would have been no big deal to pay the trip charge if I was informed about it. So please moms out their if you run into a plumbing issue DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

Disappointed in the install of a kitchen sink. Sink was installed w/ 1/4 gaps from countertop in different areas. Plumber came back to fix it. He said the plumbers putty had gotten too cold and caused sink to move from countertop. That's stupid because: A)how does plumbers putty get too cold in a 65-70 degree house and the putty is same temperature as it was sitting in there for three days before he came? He used our putty that was on site the whole time. B) If the job was done right and the sink was fastened in tightly enough the plumbers putty should have made no difference. I had to have him out 3 times.

I caused a leak in the shower doing a DIY removal of a Tub / Shower faucet. I realized I caused a leak and called Action Plumbing as I was referred by another plumbing service that did not do after hour calls. Daniel asked that I text a picture of the faucet and cartridge so he could be prepared. He got here 45 minutes after I called!!! He completed: opening the wall to get at the plumbing ( in a cramped closet ) and replacing the valve assembly and was able to install the new cartridge. I was able turn the water to the house back on within 1 1/2 hours from the time I called!!!
Daniel was professional and courteous.
Regarding the the hole in the wall, I was happy that he cut the hole. I needed the access and getting a cover is no trouble at all.
Will be happy to call them again and will recommend to others.

Dear Action Plumbing,
Thank you for responding so quickly to my phone call of late Wednesday afternoon about the outside water leak at a vacant home. My profound thanks to Everett who responded to the call. He arrived right away, identified the source, solved the problem and thoroughly checked the property. He also helped diagnose two other, unrelated water problems while he was there. The first had to do with outdoor spigots. He tracked hoses and dove into a ferocious juniper bush (this thing is huge) to trace the hose and find the spigots. All this with snow on the ground. He also evaluated a past water leak in the basement. He was polite, courteous, good natured and willing to help. I can't thank you and Everett enough for your quick response and the manner in which you handled the problem.
Sincerely, Jeanette Meyer

We had a leak in our main water line and hired Action Plumbing to do the work.
These folks came in, explained the work they would be doing and completed the job in around 5-6 hours.
They were very friendly and professional and even had the best price out of the different companies we received estimates from.
It's never good when you have to hire a plumber for anything but I feel very fortunate that these guys did the work.

Gary the service technician installed a quiet check valve to replace the ""builder's special"" and simplify the layout. Wished these guys did the plumbing for my house.
