Taylor was very polite. It had snowed the day he came, and as soon as he entered our home he took his shoes off. He was very knowledgeable, and took great care of our furnace.
Will use Action again because of the wonderful customer service they provided, and great technicians.

When I needed a plumber quickly I remember seeing their add. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews they came out to me within two hours when I called them and fixed my problem. You get what you pay for I always think and this was no different. My sink is now fixed!!!

Was told that because the work we had done by the repairman was over $1000 we would
receive a year for free of their Protection Program. Come to find out they charged $189 for this so called free program and when we said we don't want it, after we had paid they said then they would have to charge us more for their services and not give us their Valued Rate which is absolutely not a value rate, total rip off prices. Way over charged. Would not give owner's name so as to write a litter of complaint, etc. Because we live out of state, and the home having repairs is in Utah they took total advantage .

Most unprofessional company around! Do not ever call this company! Our furnace went out over night with kids in the home and a new baby on the way it got very cold in our home! Not knowing forsure who to call as a first time home owner thought this company you here on the radio should be pretty good.. They came out looked at the furnace knowing it was an older furnace the tech told me yes needs to be replaced we can get someone out tomorrow to replace it with a bid for a no name furnace of $4000.. Being the first place to look at it as an reasonable person would feel I wanted a second opinion as to that's a lot of money to just hand out.. The Manager Jeff called me with pricing and pressuring me and pestering me into using them.. I had a other company out about that time who bid a better furnace for more than half the cost from Action! I told Jeff this and he started to cuss at me over the phone and ended up calling me the customer a Douchbag! Then threatened to charge me all kinds of money and take me to court when I hadn't even signed anything! This company should not be in business for treating anyone like that! The most unprofessional thing I have ever seen in my life! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Had these guys come out and sell me a new A/C unit... they were paid in CASH for their work and what we received was a piece of garbage Goodman AC unit (..""because its the same as all the other brands, except you don't pay for the name"" Was the sales pitch) .. was also talked out of getting an air cleaner box because of how expensive it was etc etc... so after a day of construction... finally had Air conditioning. The thing lasted 8 years apparently.

It died at the end of this summer and when being checked into.. was told ""Nope, its dead and it only had a 5 year warranty"" ... Who sells an AC unit with a 5 year warranty?!?! Obviously it was my not doing due diligence and trusting this company at face value that I got a good deal for a fair price. Also was told repeatedly that this unit was comparable to the Lennox and Carrier's out there... Again My bad for taking these guys at face value.

After talking with Action about this issue and hearing how ""they didn't have records of the purchase..."" and ""they switched systems right around that time period"" and consequently, they ""didn't know about the warranty fittings replacement"" done about a year after the install. etc. ... and basically wasting our time with their complete lack of interest...

It was then decided to try another angle and call another company. These second guys came out and pretty much showed how amateur an install this initial A/C unit was. The air handling system had to be completely rebuilt and the Action techs that installed the first unit actually took a pair of my UNDERWEAR from the floor and had shoved it into the cooling unit in order to stop an air leak... Didn't know this until the second repair person went through and in the process of rebuilding the air handling unit pointed this out.

Action could care less about this and had Zero to say about it even after being talked to about it...

Action will NEVER be referred to by me and will have nothing but truthful (and I mean based on what my experience was) commentary to anyone who will listen.

One compliment is worth one referral... but a BAD one? Remember that adage Action?

I called today and left a message to give them a chance and did not get a call back. typical. They always sound friendly and helpful, but then they do not come through. It looked from the response like they cared about the bad review and wanted to hear from me so I figured I'd give them the courtesy of a call. They may want to stop asking their prior users for reviews to prevent this kind of thing, I'd have left well enough alone.

I will never use Action Plumbing and again! Action does not care about being fair or taking care of customers. We called action to come clear a clogged drain line and the snake got stuck in the line. Okay, this can happen, but then they said they would charge me $10,514 to dig up the line and remove it! I think they thought they had me over a barrel so they could charge whatever they wanted. I actually got two other bids for near $5,000 to dig up the line, half the Action bid! BTW I used Duncan Plumbing who did a great job. Action then sent me a bill for $1,086 for the stuck cable. I guess the way it works if you want a line cabled it is $350, if you want them to come, not clear the drain and cause a major plumbing emergency it is $1.086. I called Action to try to reason with them. I said I was willing to pay $350 which is the cost of cabling the line (which they didn't complete), but they said they had camera'd the line as well to try to get the snake free and I would need to pay for that. I didn't approve camera'ing the drain! And did I mention they didn't get the cable out, I still had to hire another company to come dig up the line to remove the cable! I am an extremely unsatisfied customer and Action has failed to be reasonable when I have contacted them.

Veteran Plumber 16 years experience 14 years with Action, gave me a quote for a particular model# of a Tankless water heater I noticed notation on the box stated that this was not the one that plumber promised me he was installing when I brought to his attention he told me that all models are shipped in the same boxes and to TRUST HIM! well he was dishonest about what he was installing and attempted to cover it up by moving the energy guide savings label that comes with product applying it over the top of the manufacturer's label covering up the BTU';s on the product. Action refuses to own up to their employees deceit BUYER BEWARE!!!
THIS PLUMBER IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND THE COMPANY STILL ALLOWS HIM TO INSTALL FOR OTHER HOMEOWNERS

We called Action Plumbing during a hard freeze last winter. We'd attempted to thaw a frozen pipe and were turned away or told that it would be several days, by s few other plumbing companies (they were all working on other frozen pipes.. very understandable), before they could make it out. By the time Action arrived we finally got the pipe thawed with no damage! The Action plumber checked out our pipe, said we looked good to go and wished us luck. My husband asked how much his call would cost, prepared to at least pay him for the house call, as many charge a fee just to show up and look at the problem. We were told, 'Don't worry about it, we're just glad it worked out'. When my husband tried to tip the plumber as a thank you he said to just pass along a business card if someone else needs help and to keep one for our future needs. We still have their business card on our fridge and very grateful for the prompt and awesome way we were treated.

I made an appointment first thing in the morning for a camera inspection. I called at 2:30 to see how our appointment was going and they said they would not make it and that they did not actually have a camera on the truck to do the job. I will never call again.
