Action Plumbing Inc. has been family-owned since the beginning. Originally founded by Hugh G. Hall, the business was passed down to his son Richard Hall in 1993. Hugh has since retired from the plumbing industry, but he maintains his certification and serves as a consultant on our larger projects.

Richard ""Kent"" Hall began his plumbing career in 1985, learning from his dad and becoming a plumber in the family. As the President of Action Plumbing Inc., he holds a state contractor certification and actively oversees the day-to-day operations of the business.
