Our business has been a family business since we opened our doors. Originally founded by Hugh G. Hall, it was later handed over to his child Kent Hall in 1993. Hugh has stepped back from the field, but he maintains his certification and serves as a guide on our larger projects.

Richard ""Kent"" Hall began his plumbing career in 1985, working alongside his dad and establishing himself as a 3rd generation plumbing professional. As the President of Action Plumbing Inc., he is a state-certified contractor and manages the routine activities of the business.
