This is as good as it gets! We had a Saturday evening social function with 100+ guests and not just one but BOTH bathrooms were a mess! They were on site in an hour (we live 40 minutes away) and Dave, my hero, worked so quick and ""under the radar"" I cannot tell you what this meant! It saved the day and I mean that! They did not charge an extra fee for the day and time and I will be forever grateful to them. They will do all our work from here on out, and anyone who listens to me too!

I was referred to Action Plumbing & Heating Maintenance by a colleague whose husband is a home inspector. I previously received an assessment from another company that informed me I had inducer motor leakage, improper burn from exhaust, a bad igniter, and a burnt circuit board.

Dale (one of the owners) came out and did a service call and inspected my furnace. He explained to me what he was doing and what he was looking at during the inspection. He showed me the circuit board (no burn marks) and the igniter and how it was functioning just fine. I was informed nothing was wrong with my furnace and saved over $5000.

I mentioned I had a plumbing issue and he told me the cost of the part and labor after examining my toilet and fixed that too. He even told me where to find a $25 off coupon for the visit and took that off the cost.

$179, full inspection that saved me $5800 and fixed my plumbing issue. I will definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone.

So after reading the Yelp reviews I called them out to help with a leak I have in my bathtub plumbing. I also decided to have them service my drain line also because I live in an older neighborhood in Santa Rosa and they need to be serviced every year or so to clear roots that grow into them. Took me a couple of days to get them to come on a schedule that worked for me. The person who came took a look at the leak in the tub which was coming from the clawfoot tub plumbing. He basically said he could not fix it and did nothing to try and solve the leak problem. He made no attempts to try and problem solve it. He just said the parts are too old. I have called another plumber and they came and fixed the leak in 1/2 an hour. He also helped me order the parts to get for new plumbing (because it does need to be replaced). Action charged me 200.00 bucks for not fixing the leak and clearing the drain line. The other company fixed it no problem for 1/2 the price. Starting to think this company writes their own yelp reviews because they made no attempt to help even though it would mean coming back to replace the plumbing after it gets here from Home Depot. I will not be calling them back or using them again. Completely disappointed.

We've had too many plumbing needs over the years, and as a consequence we've used several different plumbers. Without a doubt , the very best is Action. They're honest, responsive and very fair and reasonable on their pricing. Before you make a plumbing decision, include them in the estimate process. They're not flashy marketers; just honest, very competent plumbers.
