Found out the gas wall heater needed replacement three days before holiday guests were set to stay in our granny unit for Thanksgiving ...
Contacted Dale via the website and Robert was out the next morning. Said he could install a new unit as soon as he could get one from the warehouse. Gave us a clear verbal quote, explaining what all might need to be done and we gave him the green light. He made sure to get the brand we wanted and addressed all our concerns- super friendly and helpful. The next day Robert and Robert pulled the old unit, investigated the whole situation and did a beautiful install of the new one. Hauled everything away and left the place cleaner than when when they got there!
Toasty and warm in there now!
I highly recommend Action Plumbing and Heating and wouldn't hesitate to call them again! They saved the day!

This is my first review for Action Plumbing, but they've come twice to help with two different projects. In both cases, the technician arrived within an hour and was able to first replace my busted garbage disposal and the second was for a busted water heater.
The technician not only worked quickly but professionally, not leaving anything partially or poorly done.
And, amidst the speed and professionalism, the fees charged were less than expected, which makes for a nice surprise.
Action will be receiving my first phone calls for any future problems that occur.

We have just completed installing a manufactured home. Action Plumbing &Heating was terrific to work with. We needed to convert appliances from Natural gas to Propane. They determined that one of the Appliances might need someone with more experience to do the conversion, explained that to me and asked about waiting until Dale was available. I said yes I can wait a couple of days.

I am so glad that Dale came out. His experience and skill set saved the day. Not only did he get the conversion done but he followed through on making sure everything was working properly and caught a pipe that broke before there was a serious disaster.

He answered several questions I had and just generally made this shakedown of some poor quality control at the factory a good experience. Without Dale this could have turned into a complete nightmare.

Dale was a huge help a few years ago when a diode blew on our AC. He also replaced ducting under the house when the washer broke and caused a flood!
Called him out today for a tune-up on the AC unit. He and Tony did a great job AND gave us a Yelp discount.
James has done a great job for us with various plumbing repairs, winterized pipes, and even added a water line for our hi-tech dryer!
These great guys can probably fix just about anything, and get it done at a reasonable price!
I trust them and I think you can, too.
