These guys did a great job fixing a washing machine drainage problem at my home which was actually part of a bigger problem with drainage out to the street. Within a couple of hours after calling them on a Saturday they arrived, diagnosed the problem and got drainage moving in the right direction again. They were even able to show me a video of what was going on in the pipes. Would recommend if you're looking for quick effecient service.

I had use them in August as they were referred to me by a very good friend who does sewer scopes and scheduled them for an appointment at 8 am. This appointment was confirmed multiple times. When they weren't there I called the office and they said they were running late but would be there in 20 minutes. After another 20 minutes after that time or 40 minutes after my original call no one had shown up. I had to reschedule as I had to go to work. A lady name Ally rescheduled me for the following Tuesday at 8 am but when no one showed up again, I called the office to see if they were running late again and they said there was no appointment, when the young said we can reschedule me for the following day I agreed. She then called back and said they were busy(even though she gave me multiple times for appointment). It turns out Don Jackson didn't like that I had to go to my job on Thursday and could not wait all day for his plumber and canceled the appointment without calling me. After I asked Stacy to have him call me, he could even be an adult and called me himself but had his Manager Frank call me. Frank was polite but said he was between a ""rock and hard a place"" meaning he could resolve this issue. It is Don's company and he should have called me back. Don Jackson is the type of person that give small businesses a bad name. If you want to make a point and don't want to work with me, that is fine but if you cancel an appointment and don't have the decency to call, that is not the type of company I would want to work with.

Action Jackson did a fine job in clearing weeds blocking my plumbing. They used a hydro-jet and video to find the problem spots and checked the entire line out to where it joins in the street. They showed me the weeds they found and provided videos of the work. The 2 plumbers were very professional and cleaned up very well after themselves. Thanks for the fine work!

Requested a quote for sewer repair and cleaning. Received a quote in writing, got a date set, so went to get a permit from the utility company. All of a sudden they backed out of their quote saying ""we don't want to do the job unless you pay more"".
This whole procedure took us more than two weeks and now we're left without a prospect of having the job done in the near future. Avoid at all cost.

They came out and unclogged our kitchen sinks very quickly and professionally when no one else would come out. I probably called 15 companies over 24 hours and couldn't get anyone to come out. When I called action Jackson they were able to have someone come out within a few hours. I would definitely recommend Action Jackson to others. Their employee even gave us tips to prevent this from happening in the future.

Wow! These guys are impressive. The sewer lines at my elderly mom's house were clogged and backing up into her bathtub. A plumber recommended Action Jackson so I called them. They had a crew there within a couple hours. Jacob and his partner were friendly and professional and knew exactly what to do. They quickly cleared the blockage in all the lines and ran a camera through to make sure there weren't any other issues. The cost was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Great experience with a terrific crew!

Just had a fantastic experience with Anthony & Brian from Action Jackson. First off, I called this morning at 7:15am and they were there by 9am - they do a lot of work up in the north end (Everett) as we have 100 year old homes with 100 year old plumbing! Anyhow, quick fix with a clogged kitchen sink line. Both gentleman were personable and professional - certainly an asset to the company. I have several rental properties and always call them when I need their service. I hope I won't need their services again but then there's that whole reality thing.... Thanks again guys!

Action Jackson was awesome. Really appreciated that they worked on short notice during the inspection period of purchasing a house, attempted to do a masceration of tree roots but identified a break in the sewer line instead and had to stop work. This wasn't their fault, it was the home we were looking at purchasing. Would hire these folks over and over as the scheduling was prompt, the communication was clear, and the pricing was competitive if not lower.

The 2 guys who came out to our house were very nice, that said, they gave us some flawed information. I was told that when they ran a cable down our basement drain that either the pipe had a hole in it, or that the pipe cover was faulty because the cable came back up through our flooring. I stopped listening after I heard ""jackhammers"". I called our contractor who sent out another guy who told me that they must've run the cable through the wrong hole (seriously???). He plugged up the TWO holes and told me to buy some bio clean. Seriously saved me hundreds if not thousands.
