Thousands of dollars worth of damage from Action Jackson. We hired AJ to do a sewer scope for a property- they were unable to complete it, due to a clog (but still charged us over $300). They need not secure the toilet properly, and in the morning the downstairs of the house was flooded, the floor buckled, and destroyed. Called twice with no response from the owner, no responsibility taken for the damages caused. This firm has horrendous reviews on google reviews. I would be very wary to hired them.

This was the 4th (yes 4th!) company to address a backed up sink. The 3rd plumber we had who still could not snake the pipe recommended we contact Action Jackson to hydro jet the line. Our technician Jacob said he'd like to try and snake it first, even though the guys prior had spent hours trying to do just that. In less than an hour, he cleared the blockage. I've waited over a week to write this review, making sure it didn't back up again. I told Jacob, he's got the hands of a surgeon! Such a relief, since our next step would've been opening up walls. Huge thanks to Jacob and crew! (They even came out the same afternoon we called and were the most reasonably-priced of all 4 plumbing companies) Kudos to Action Jackson!

Woke up this morning to the smell of....well, you know. I called a half dozen places until we came across Action Jackson. Super friendly on the phone. Promised to arrive in 2 hours. Please hurry...the sewer has backed up into our basement. YUCK! The owner shows up in less than 1 hour...on a Saturday! Worked his tail off with a very positive 'we got this' kinda attitude. The job was done quick and clean. Highly recommended!

We had a clogged sink that another plumbing company was unable to clear after over a week of several visits that they didn't always show up on time for, these guys showed up first thing in the morning after I called them and solved the problem within half an hour. They confirmed it was completely fixed before leaving the house. We will definitely call them the next time we have any problems.

I contacted Action Jackson when my water heater started leaking. Jay came to my house to take a look and determined the water heater needed to be replaced. They were able to order one then came out the next day to finish the job. Jay and his partner came on time, very friendly, accommodated my ""OCD"" requests, and cleaned up their job site. I will be using Action Jackson for all my future plumbing needs!

We had a slow draining washing machine. I called and Action Jackson came out the next day and fixed it for a reasonable price! I was able to use my credit card too.

Really curious how a business can half do a job and then require we pay full price to have it done right. These guys came out to fix what was admittedly a deep clog. A couple of days later, we noticed it still wasn't working. We were told we would have to pay full price for them to come back to properly finish a job that they had already attended to.

Call me crazy, but I'm not sure why I should have to pay you twice if you completed your work and left the first time. Absurd.

Action Jackson was great. I hired them to do a sewer scope for a bank owned home in Duvall. They were quick to respond and made an appointment to meet out at the property. They were on-time and able to move some things around to gain access the cleanout. The inspection was clean and easy and they provided a DVD after they were done. No complaints. I will defintely use them again.

The other night while running a load of laundry. I heard this gurgling sound coming from the bathroom. After inspection I found my tub half filled with water from the washing machine. Oh-No my drain is backed up. LOL......not. I knew in the back of my mind that about 10years ago I had a root problem in the main sewer line. I thought to myself, guess it's time to have that looked at. I called Nikki over at Action Jackson. She was able to schedule me very quickly. The next day, in fact. Her guys came out right on time first thing in the morning. They were courteous and professional. They took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do before they did anything. I used there hydro jetting service. They were able to access everything from a vent on my roof. They didn't even need to come inside the house. All in all it took about two hours and they where done. They explained where my blockages where, had more than one. And even provided me with a DVD of my newly cleaned main line all the way down to the street where it enters the city's sewer. They also located on the ground where my blockages where with green marking paint. And where able to show me the route that my main line took from the side of my house to the street. I learned alot about my drain lines that I did not know before. I highly recommend there hydro jetting service. It is top notch and well worth the cost. I probably won't have to worry about my drains again for at least another 10 to 15 years. I am a very happy customer.

These guys are awesome! Before we discovered Action Jackson we had other plumbers that would consistently show up late, not do what the said, or be unable to solve problems and still charged us!

We have used this company several times for plumbing issues with two properties that we own in Seattle and they are consistent. Most recently I called with a drainage issue, Anthony and Braydon were able to show up within 45 minutes and solved the problem!
