Super unprofessional and harassed my staff into paying for services for a broken lock charged $150 nothing fixed then posted untrue things about my business and even called my employees and vendors to state I didn't pay him was in an appointment on California time and wasn't given even 24 hours to pay and they were stating I was blocking them when I had medical treatment who does this? If I blocked you I wouldn't have called you right back when I got an IV out of my arm to send the money all this and the lock was still not fixed. They called 3 people to tell them I am hiding and not paying mine you it was less than 24 hours with no invoice who does this?!!! As you can see below this owner is extremely unprofessional and is unhinged? I am begging for a discount? I run a multi million dollar business and was on medical treatment if I was hiding or blocked you I wouldn't have picked up the call and you didn't check me as I own the business so you called my employees to report a lie of not paying and if I am a thief then how did you get paid? Added a lock? Defamation and calling legitimate business owners psycho and thieves is proof that no one should hire you and will be filing a court matter for defamation as you were paid and I have the texts of your unhinged actions.

I waited ALL day for him...claims he called but isn't showing on my caller ID. Now I'm told I'm out of the area...what? A guy with testimonials as FAR as Miami, Nevada, and Wyoming? I'm in florida and thought he was as well. I personally prefer t speak with contractors in person so I won't attempt to schedule one online again. I don't recommend you do either. A totally wasted day and I didn't have a number to call

I moved into my home on Friday and sadly discovered so many issues. After leaving messages for several handy men in my area on Saturday with no results I called Action Handy on Sunday thinking I was going to leave yet another message. Mark answered and was receptive to my needs and came out to my house that night (on Sunday!) to inspect and assess my concerns. He came back the next day ready for the job and took care of the issues that were priority. Action describes this Handy Man but not without saying the other positive characteristics! Friendly, funny, reliable, conscientious, honest and just good people. I will have him come back for more jobs in the future for sure. A sample of a few of his superb talents while on the job here: Plumbing- Washer/dryer install, with plumbing issues in my home and dryer vent issues. He made it look easy. Garbage disposal install Electrical- Rewiring and install of light fixture/fans Receptacle replacement I'm sure so much more!! I'll have him come back to mount my TVs and prob find a few more things for him to fix. Thank you Mark!

Wow! This guy is FAST!!! Met Mark after moving into my new spot in Ormond. He was so quick to show up and get the job done. We were a bit out of sorts because we had just bought our first house (The WEEK of hurricane Ian) and didn't know how to do ANYTHING. We had no running hot water in the kitchen and a leaky toilet valve in the guest bathroom. They came, We picked out a new sink on homedepot.com and Mark had it purchased, Installed, (and he even went to bat for me getting the better price on the 'luxury' version). Mark and his wife got it done with a smile and even gave me some good tricks and tips. Our new guy! Thanks Mark.

Outstanding plumber, repair and handyman. My first list was plumbing needs from changing faucets to fixing leaks and water heater issues. Second list included grouting, changing a light to ceiling fan and did some small handyman work. He quoted a price that was that was right in the ballpark! My list was checked off and I am very pleased with his professionalism and hard work. He's a get to the point and focuses on doing the job right the first time. We appreciated all he did and would recommend him 100%

I contacted this professional thru yelp. I got a reply and set up an appointment. What I am am so pleased about is that there was miscommunication with the scheduled appointment. He got right back to us, came the next day on his off day and got our job completed and I was really pleased with the work. Here's the thing. I had a repair to my front door, repair to a stair railing and installation of a toliet. This gentleman got to work got it done and did a great job in record time. Seems like they really know what they are doing. So I have other jobs and I will use him again. So lets see if this gentleman does consistent good work. I'll be sure to let you know; however I think I've hit the jackpot!

I called action plumbing yesterday because I had an outside water leak. I was expecting Mark to schedule a date a time next week but he sprung into """"ACTION"""" and drove from Orlando to Daytona Beach to do the job. I was concerned about cutting a hole into my stucco but he reassured me he can do it all. And he took great care to replace the cracked and worn spigot with a better model. He patched up the stucco better than my last plumber's job on another spigot. He also evenly spaced out and drilled the holes I needed to hang up my outdoor lighting...loving it! Thanks to Mark and his cute family. Many blessings!

Mark got the job completed in excellence. The pipe outside broke in the wall. He had to open the wall to find the problem and he did. He came up with a solution quickly that will permanently keep the water and the pipe working well. I called him the night before right from Yelp and he was here with his partner J the next morning. I am so happy I found them. The service was excellent. Marks repair was thorough. He even filled the hole making sure the stucco was back on the wall. All the work was professionally completed. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
