Bailey M.The girl on the phone was rude as hell to me. Couldn't give me any information and was just argumentative. Sorry you hate your crap job hunny.
Our thanks to Cory for the late night service this past weekend. Our new build had a sewer backup after living in it for only three days. When Cory arrived the cause was not evident. He looked at the sewer clean outs, at the sewer pipes in the crawl space, and in the master bath where multiple drains were impacted. By the time he arrived, which was timely, the toilet was flushing again. He discussed with us a sewer scope, as the situation seemed suspicious and he suspected the blockage may have moved further down the line. He was spot on. When he did the sewer scope, he found a piece of trimmed PVC pipe in the sewer line causing the backup. He patiently, carefully, and creatively got the piece out. He then ensured the line was clear with an additional look by video. Thank you, Cory! The cost for the service is being reimbursed under the builder's home warranty.
Derrick C.The drain pipe for my washing machine was backing up and water was running out and down the wall, we did not notice it for a while but soon the moisture was prominent around the washing machine and dryer, I tried several home methods to cure the problem but was unable to fix it on my own. I was referred to Action Drain by a family member who said they had the best customer service of any they had used, I called them and scheduled a visit for the following Friday, I asked if they wore a protective mask and was told they did, on Friday a staff person arrived wearing a mask and gloves and immediately went to work, after determining where the issue was, he rooted out the issue in about 45 min and then tested the draining of the washing machine several times, once he was satisfied it was no longer clogged he gave me suggestions to improve the pipe for the future, he left as professional as he arrived, provided excellent service, his attention to details and overall attitude was excellent and I would use the service in the future.
Action sent a guy out at 8:00 PM to unclog our lines. The gentleman that came was very nice and got our pipes flowing. 4 days later, the drains slowed again. Another very nice gentleman came within hours and spent an extra long time making sure they were completely clear and flowing and could take a large volume of water. Satisfied that the job was done right, he explained to me how my lines were laid out and where he thought the problem might be. He located my clean-out and marked it in case someone needed to find it in the future. They didn't charge me for the second, pretty long house call. I'm very pleased with this company!
An absolute pleasure to work with! I got bids for a complete sewer line replacement for my 95 year old house in Salem. Jess at Action Drain returned my calls, answered my questions, and scheduled the repair.
On two very rainy and cold days, Dwight and his team showed up early, worked diligently and cheerfully even as the project had surprises and required more work. They were OCD-level careful with my large yard, put large metal plates down on my yard so that the heavy equipment didn't leave ruts, cleaned up the dirt in the street continually, put everything back in place, did an excellent job on the project, left the area very tidy and even replanted a patch of daffodils that got dug up in the process. They had every opportunity to complain or gripe as it got dark and the rained poured on top of them. They just kept at it. I was very impressed from bid to job completed. These guys are true professionals and I would recommend them to anyone.
On a side note: Another bid I got was from a top Yelp recommended company. When the guy showed up I commented on how their company had recently completed a sewer replacement at my neighbors house (open trench) and it seemed to take forever. His comment on that was ""Yeah, that guy didn't know what he was doing""--hardly instilled confidence that their company would treat my project any differently. As he as leaving he said, oh, by the way theres a $60 charge for coming out- did they tell you that? No they hadn't.
I'm super glad I went with Action Drain. Their prices were comparable but the service was beyond excellent.
Bonnie K.Action drain has come to our rescue several times! We had some flooding around an electrical box at our house. They were able to locate the problem, install a new drain line and resolve the problem. We haven't had any troubles with the flooding since. We have had them do other projects for us and they were prompt, courteous and very fair on price. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Becca A.Action Drain is a great company. The phone interactions were friendly and courteous and when the plumber showed up to the house he was fantastic. He was professional and helpful, but most of all got the line cleared, so that I could once again use my toilet.
It's funny how much we could easily take for granted plumbing. Having to make other arrangements when the means are not available, certainly puts things into perspective.
Thanks to Action Drain for helping out.
Jill M.So pleased with the service - prompt - arrived at time arranged, explained everything he was doing and even said he didn't mind me breathing down his neck as I figured out how a sump pump works. I was told (when asking for a quote) that although they could only give me a range depending on what I needed - that they would not waste my money - feel it was a fair price and very courteous, efficient service. What more could you want? Thank you Larry.
Action Drain performed amazingly! Their team is much more than a drain and roorter service. We had a broken water line off of our well.
They came the same day and were able to bore 120 feet under retaining walls, asphalt and to my water line 8' under ground! We have had them scope lines and replace sewer sections on commercial property as well.
These guys are professional, responsive and easy to work with on a residential level as well as a commercial project. Thank you so much! Salem Oregon is lucky to have companies like this to rely on!
Michelle B.Had one of their drivers tailgate me through a construction zone. I called and reported it and the woman who took my concern was condescending and unconcerned. Not safe on the road, imagine in your home
