Had a pretty bad leak around our shower head. Cory came out, thoroughly explained what he was looking for and the possible problems as well as solutions to fix it. He then provided his initial estimate. After my approval, he went straight to work to get it fixed. After locating the problem he quickly fixed it and cleaned up after himself. The final cost ended up being half of what his initial estimate was! He explained that the problem wasn't as severe as initially diagnosed and was able to save me some money. He could have easily done all the work he quoted me for but only did what was truly needed. If I ever need anymore plumbing work, will definitely use again! Great, speedy, honest service. Visiting Spokane and staying @ a rental ..Drain in bathtub plugged.....Nice fellow comes out Today drain still not working ( very slow) Called them back , appt time 4 -6 today...We will see what happens

My husband hired Action Drain to come out and clean our main drain pipe under our home. When the technician came out he was on time and was very professional. While cleaning our pipe it was discovered that the pipe was destroyed due to corrosion and the pipe needed to be replaced. We are in the process to list our home for sale, and this was of course not budgeted. But the office staff and lead technician were very understanding and thoughtful in our time of ""crisis"". They gave us an estimate before they started, and gave us a worst case scenario in case they found further damage, which I appreciated. They got us on the books and cut into our basement foundation, found the corrosion and fixed our pipe. It was worse case scenario, but they worked with us and we are extremely happy with the time and effort they provided to help us. We would highly recommend Action Drain to anyone looking for an honest and ethical plumber.

First, it was incredibly easy to make an appointment. I used their website and was promptly contacted by Kelli with a date and time for an estimate. Arnold showed up on the earlier side of our appointment window which was great. He repaired our back faucet line and even installed a separate shut off valve and moved the faucet for easier use. I'm very happy with the work and professionalism of Action Drain.

When we bought our home, we got the sellers to agree to have the sewer lines checked for tree root issues as long as we paid for the service. Luckily there were no problems, but I'm so glad we took that extra precaution since this isn't done during home inspection. Dan fit us in the very next day, was very professional, and gave us a zip drive with camera footage of the process for our records. He talked us through everything he was seeing. Our realtor was so impressed she contacted me after we bought the house to get the info on what company and technician we used. Fast forward months later and we had some horrid smell coming from our bathroom sink. Dan scheduled us in quickly once again and got rid of the blockage and smell. Would highly recommend!! Plus they had the best prices we could find.

I discovered that my sewer drain was backing up for the first time in over 15 years and called Action Drain. They had a serviceman out to my home within 3 hours, and an hour later the line was cleared. Prompt, professional, and reasonable. Very pleased and highly recommended!!!
