My review was originally going to be 2-3 stars but Chris saved the day to bring it up to 5.
We're in the process of buying a home and needed an additional plumbing inspection and sewer scope. We made an appointment for 2pm and were told the plumber would do the inspection and a technician would come out to do the scope.
The plumber, Paul, showed up right on time and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then 3:15 rolled around and the tech still had not shown up, so I called the office and they told me he could be an hour or longer! We couldn't wait because we were on a time crunch with the seller, so she scheduled us the following day at the same time as a priority. She then told us that they schedule in 2 hour blocks... if we were told this originally we could have planned better with the seller.
So, Chris came the following day, right on time at 2:00, was able to find the sewer clean out in 4 feet of snow and gave me a discount for all of the missed communication and inconvenience. He and Paul were quick, efficient and Paul's estimate came back at a very fair price.

They fixed our kitchen/bathroom sink drain problem on Christmas Eve. I hate to call anyone out at this time of year, but Jason sorted it out pretty quickly. Thank you!

All I have to say is Action Drain & Plumbing is a joke. I live in Michigan, and my Mother lives in Spokane. She lives in a trailer. I called Action. I told them there was a water leak on the hot pipe side, or the water heater was leaking. They came out, Paul was the guys name. He told my Mother that she needs to shut off the Water to the trailer, so the water can dry out. I get that. But thats not what I'm mad about. Paul came out Monday morning, had my Mothers caregiver turn the water off. He said he would work the job in on Tuesday. Tuesday came, no action or Pual, and no call. Today came and went. So I called Pual, He told me he has to talk to the scheduler. I reminded him that my Mother is bedridden and has no water. I ask him if he would make it out tomorrow, he said his day was already booked. So then came the call from the scheduler. That did'nt go well. He told me they are really busy, and can't get back to do the work until May 24th. They sure did'nt tell me that when I made the apponintment. I asked him what I'm supposed to do with a mother that can't get around, and has NO WATER. He told me that the 24th was the only option. Oh but he said action will not charge me the $75.00 trip charge for doing NOTHING on Monday. So if this is the way Action treats the elderly, then shame on you. I would call a company that cares about there client. David

I just wanted to update my review as I have since resolved my previous issue. The wrong phone number, address, miscommunication when multiple people are involved, were contributing factors to the delay in getting my concerns addressed. I spoke to both Steve and his manager Justin. Both were respectful in discussing my concerns and I did NOT get the condescension I was prepared for, due to being a woman.
The professional way my prior concern was resolved I opted to call Steve again when one of my rentals had a plumbing issue. Steve was there the next day in the time frame given and work explained and completed. I had his direct work number so cutting out the middle man helped tremendously.
I have had many homes and many rentals. I have always returned to those who have treated me fair and with respect. Sadly today this is few and far between. Thank-you for this experience.

They were great. Sent someone out right away who wasn't able to fix the problem, but sent out the plumber the next day. They even installed the garbage disposal I bought. My kitchen is back to normal.

Outstanding service, Cory was a dream. We needed a new toilet and had a big leak in the bathtub faucet. Cory went all over town looking for a matching stem and valve to complete my repair. We live in a 70's era house and another plumber had quoted 35% higher for just the tub. The new toilet is beautiful and AMA height. We are well pleased. Thanks Cory, you were great!

I had Action Drain and Plumbing do some work on our older home recently. They replace an aging hot water heater, installed a frost-free faucet and fixed some noisy plumbing.

From the initial consultation and throughout the project I was impressed at the knowledge and professionalism displayed by the team. Cory I walked me through my current plumbing infrastructure, pointed out areas of concerns and gave options on how to navigate an aging plumbing system .

When it came to the actual work, Cory I and Joshua went above and beyond in my installation. They were quite personable and walked me through and explained the process as they went.

After lots of research pointed me towards Action D&P and the experience I had with Cory and Joshua I would absolutely recommend this business for your plumbing and drain needs.

I had a plumber out to replace a broken shutoff valve.

He didn't actually do the work, but instead suggested how I could do it myself. This was unexpected and refreshing. He basically just leveled with me and said it would cost $350+ for him to do it or I could take it on myself for a fraction of the cost.

He gave me some general pointers and suggested a brand of connector that is very consumer friendly. I ended up doing it myself for $80 with $30 of that in new tools. It took a bit of research but the actual repair only took 20 minutes. I'm so glad I went this route. Without his honest encouragement I wouldn't have had the confidence to venture a repair.

When something major comes up I'd give them a call without hesitation.

Had a pretty bad leak around our shower head. Cory came out, thoroughly explained what he was looking for and the possible problems as well as solutions to fix it. He then provided his initial estimate. After my approval, he went straight to work to get it fixed. After locating the problem he quickly fixed it and cleaned up after himself. The final cost ended up being half of what his initial estimate was! He explained that the problem wasn't as severe as initially diagnosed and was able to save me some money. He could have easily done all the work he quoted me for but only did what was truly needed. If I ever need anymore plumbing work, will definitely use again! Great, speedy, honest service. Thanks Cory!
