Michael called the morning of my dishwasher installation to give me an estimated time or arrival, very polite and professional. He called again when he was on his way. Arrived on time. Introduced himself, gave a preliminary estimate. He found a couple of problems, explained everything, showed me defective parts, gave an estimate. Installed and fixed problems in a timely manner. Gave me final estimate, had me check his work. This technician was the best. Polite, professional, explained everything before he did it. He was the best ever. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you.

Perry and his crew were recommended for installation of our new range top, exhaust hood, and oven. Seemed like we were getting professional installation. Towards the end of a long day of installation, the quality of the work turned bad. Perry needed to cut our granite to fit the new range. The cut on both sides did not turn out straight. There were uneven gaps on either side. Perry said a little bit of caulk and the gaps would disappear. Well he failed to caulk.
Next to fit a finish piece of cabinet molding, Perry used a jigsaw to modify the molding. As you can imagine cutting a 36 inch piece of molding straight freehand didn't turn out at all. Perry's recommendation was for us to get some small molding pieces and put around ourselves.
Then after we paid for ""professional"" installation which was suppose to give us another year warranty on our appliances, Perry failed to complete the product registration.
Be cautious when hiring! We had to have another cabinet company come fix Perry's poor craftsmanship.
Since I had to complete the product registration, and it was not completed the the company that is certified in installation, we lost a year of warranty.

So happy to find this company. We purchased a new cooktop and was referred to Action Appliance Services. Sure I was skeptical but my sales person (Julia Tompkins, CBD Appliances, Rocklin CA) highly recommended this company.
Today was our install and it went perfectly. Their attention to details and perfection made for a quick flawless install. We are very happy.

I was really in a bind when the Home Depot Installation guys walked off the job. Yes, I PAID for the install! Anyway, to complicate things, our brand new dishwasher had a cord that was TOO short and could not be plugged in. Perry called through the referral program HD has, and I'm glad he did. He was here the next morning and worked diligently to get the job done! Even going above and beyond to make a happy customer. In the end, that I am! A happy customer who appreciates great service!

I had an appointment with Perry to give me an estimate on a hood installation. When he didn't show up at the agreed-upon time, I had to contact him, only to be informed that he would lose money if kept the appointment because it was too far for him to drive. He further told me that basically he has so much work he can't be bothered with calling customers to let them know he can't make the appointment, nor does he have time to do on-site estimates.

Perry was recommended by the shop that I purchased our new appliances from. Being a general contractor and having installed appliances myself I was unsure about them but I wanted the extra year warranty that is offered with certified installers. When I talked to Perry on the phone he was very professional. He kept me informed about the delivery and install date through the whole process. On the install day Perry called to let me know when he and his team would be at my house and they arrived right on time. His team took the time to cover and protect our new hardwood floors before they started anything. Everyone was very pleasant and it seemed like they were having a good time. The install went better than I could have hoped for from start to finish. If you need appliances installed this is the only company to call!

Perry with Action Appliance was the best. The team is professional and they really know what they are doing. I knew right away there was no need to worry. Action Appliance installed our built-in refrigerator, built-in beverage center, dishwasher and a hood. Some electric had to be moved and clean up, which they just took care of.

Perry was not there to install the cooktop, but he let us know there was going to be a problem! He noticed that the cooktop sitting in our garage was not going to work with the voltage we had. With this knowledge, we were able to get that sorted out before it was time for the cooktop install. He really knows his stuff. I would use them again no question.

I couldn't be happier with Action Appliance! Years ago, Perry was recommended to me, I called,and over time, he repaired my washer and dryer, and my range. Time passed, and I needed another repair. I was totally bummed that he was only working in installations. More time passed. Today, we purchased a new refrigerator, the installer could come same day...""Perry"" would be in touch to let us know his ETA. at first, I didn't make any connection. It's been quite a few years now...Once he was at my new home, I knew I had met this man.... I finally made the connection. Perry was my repair man that had moved on to installations!!!!

Once again. A great experience. I will forever request him when purchasing appliances that need installing. Such a nice man, such great service.
