$1500 to replace a fan motor on the ac unit! Around a $200 part for 30 minutes of labor! No thanks! The technician tried to talk us into a new unit because its is 12 years old. We had them come out for a free quote. I spoke on the phone with another repair man and he said definitely replace the fan. I replaced it in about 30 minutes. With the inspection fee and me buying the part it on cost me $300.

I have a 5 year old furnace. Action Air tech Josh came for a tune up, only to inform me I needed a new furnace. I was informed I had potential heat exchanger issues and quoted me a 5000 replacement furnace for an 1800 square foot condo. I inquired about a warranty? He said parts are covered and labor is not and labor for warranty part would cost as much as a new furnace. I sought 2 other opinions and both said my furnace was fine. One adjusted gas pressure and blower speed. But otherwise I did not need a new furnace. Also other inspections noted furnace needed cleaned so sounds like action wasn't even servicing the furnace correctly?! Super disappointed in Action Air. Be aware, always get other opinions!

Josh H. From Action Air came to our property to check out our AC/Furnace Unit. After reading other reviews regarding this individual, it's evident that he has some sort of temper/attitude issue. Pushy and straight up rude...how dare you treat someone like that in their own home? If you'd like to be scammed by Josh and Action Air then they are your team. If not, steer away from both if possible. There's better options out there where they will not scam you.

I started using this company because the previous homeowner used them. I signed up for their program which included tune ups and service discounts. I liked them initially, but have noticed they now seem to be in the business of sales over service. They told me I needed to get a new furnace even though it is only 10 years old and working fine. A second opinion by a honest HVAC company told me my unit is fine. Go figure. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS get a second or third opinion.

This company replaced our furnace in 12/2020. Our A/C was just replaced in 8/2024 and the company we selected to install our A/C not only did a great job but found two major flaws in the furnace this company installed in 12/2020. When the new tech opened the furnace for inspection not only were there 2 wires that were fried and that should have been capped but the actual unit was installed wrong. The poor installation caused the necessary air flow for heating and cooling to be mis lined which caused our 4 ton 2011 installed A/C unit to prematurely mal function. Can I get my $4200 back for a shitty furnace installation?

Do not trust these scammers! They are conmen and will try to swindle you out of money for shady jobs. Then they'll try to blame you for their shady jobs and tell you to pay almost 100x more to fix what they broke.

Nick was knowledgeable and thorough as he serviced and explained why I had problems with my furnace.
I couldn't have asked for better service.

Dallas (AKA Bill) handled my plumbing problem very effectively.
He diagnosed my plumbing issue, resolved it quickly, and answered all of my questions.

Both technicians were very professional and courteous.

Action Air- Thank you for fixing and completing our HVAC system. Luke and his team gave us the BEST customer service. They explained everything we needed to know. Luke came with another couple of technicians to view our HVAC system. This team discussed options, putting forward ideas to fix/complete a very bad situation, from a prior company.

Other companies, were too small to get involved, or just simply didn't want to get involved. We also had another large company who gave us a quote to re-do our whole system- even though we asked to keep part of it. That quote was way - BEYOND our budget. I am so glad that Action Air did exactly what we had wanted. They listened to our concerns, and gave us several options..

Luke and his team worked very hard until our installation was competed. They quoted us 3 days for our fix/installation and brought in extra people - so it was done on-time.

Luke stayed with us until all our questions were answered. Working long hours, and making certain the job is done correctly. The team showed up on time and when a slight change had to be made - they checked with us before going ahead. Customer service like this, we have not seen in years.

Another really nice feature is Action Air - has a signed contract so everything is written down and nothing gets forgotten. No surprises later on - if something breaks - no guessing - it is all there. They have a copy, you have a copy - no - misunderstandings. Each party knows what to expect and the paperwork is a guarantee of workmanship.

We were very happy and very surprised (pleasantly ) - that the HVAC fix/ installation went so smoothly.

We will be turning over all our maintenance to you, and also next time we need a plumber - we will be calling you.
