Hired by seller to install toilet, toilet bowl only had about a cup water. When I called Austin Thomas (owner) he first flushed toilet, before looking in bowl. Of course bowl filled somewhat normal. I explained to Austin, a few hours later the water will go down. I had maintence look at it and he said that wasn't normal. I sent pictures to ACT PLUMBING. I called Stephanie to explain the situation and she said there was nothing wrong with the toilet. I called back to see if Austin at his convience could take a look at no water in toilet bowl. STEPHANIE knowing my Phone # never picked up phone, second phone call the same. I even e-mailed and no RESPONSE! I'm having a Plumber come to take a look at it. I want peace of mind and no water damage. For a Company just starting, you won't last long.
