Our tub had a constant Drip leak and a technician came out to service it. He was very helpful an Knowledgeable. He told us what parts we needed to call in and order and he'd be back to put the parts in once we received them. A few days later he came back and put the parts in and was done in a matter of 30 minutes! Would definitely recommend this company and will be utilizing his services in the future if need be

I concur ... don't see why the negative ratings. Maybe they're outdated. ACS came as scheduled and confirmed my issue with main water valve. The first plumber that day was not able to get the street (town) water to shut off. They sent another plumber a couple days later and he fixed everything in literally less than an hour including going to get a part. Both plumbers came as scheduled, the second one even a little earlier. Both were super friendly and efficient! Definitely recommend them.

The most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. They are unreliable. They are unresponsive. Had to reschedule a number of times. Wrong order is placed. Tells you one thing and does another. I wouldn't trust this company to screw on an outdoor garden hose. Run for the hills if this company is doing work for you.

Hire MIckeyMouse- he'll do a beter job than this creep. Wish I did my homework prior to letting this loser in my house- exactly like the 5 other reviews I now have found on this guy he claims to be a plumber-- hell no! then avoids calls and never show to fix (because he doesn't know how). Be sure to report hiM to the BBB if he has screwed up anything in your house.

DO NOT HIRE! We hired them to install toilet faucets, shower heads etc. He made a few mistakes and refused to come back to fix. Then he conned me out hundreds of dollars and never came back to finish the work we hired him to do. He ducked our phone calls and strung us along which delayed our project. He couldn't be any more unprofessional. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID!

Scheduled 4 times to come and do some work at my home . lets just say they did text me but canceled every time. Lacks professionalism not reliable wasted my time. Complained to me too busy thanks why instead of just saying can't do the work find someone else. Was given his number by a friend . I don't know what they were thinking. I would stay away . They canceled on me today an hour before they were coming ! I would never even bother using them find someone else ! WASTED MY TIME !
