A bit shocked a prior reviews and honestly makes me doubt reading reviews on companies I am researching. Landscaping in NJ...landscaping?? Regardless, I have used multiple HVAC and plumbing companies in the area and have had issues with most. Then I found Acri and have not only used them multiple times at my home (for at least 5 years), but they now are our go to plumbing experts at my work. The have always been professional, given quality work for a very reasonable price. And they never once disturbed my landscaping. ;)

My sum pump was out of commission. I called this company and because it seemed that everyone had the same problem I did. Water in the basement but I was lucky I only had 3 inches of water. The best technician I've ever seen in my life very friendly, very courteous. The gentleman's name was John . If by chance you need great plumbing and great service, this is the company and request John the man is good. If you rate them a 1 to 10. John is the 15 I kid you not call Acree and son I don't forget ask for John.

I have used this company multiple times for various issues and each time the job was not fixed. I had to pay a bill for the job that wasn't done the first time and for a bill to have someone come out a second time. Being a fool, I kept calling them for service because it was always the second person that came out that knew what they were doing. After the 3rd time this has happened, I called to complain and wouldn't use their company again. The response from the lady was, ""ok"". A company that truly does not care about their customers and only about money! Terrible customer service!

This is the most unprofessional company out there! Stay away from them. We had a personal recommendation for this place. When we called we got them to come out and look at our tub draining problem. The gentleman who came out was super nice, but that was it. He said that he needed to bring the big boss out Mr Mark Acri himself to assess that job and that we would receive a call. well after a week went by with no call, we called again to try to schedule a time. We never got 1 call back from them and we never could get a day and time all we got is that they were ""super"" busy. So now here we are after 2 months of waiting and over 6 calls to them on there ""recorded"" line to find out now that they are just too busy! I hope no one ever gets this company to do work for them. Would NOT recommend them EVER!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Had my unit installed 10 years ago. 1 week after install I called and told them my unit was not cooling properly, service came out and told me it was due to location of my thermostat. Called again couple weeks later and they came out and told me that I needed some Freon, told me it was common to need a reboot on some systems after install. I did a review on them then (which has since been removed) after my review on them they would not honor any warranty on the unit. Now last 3 years I have had to have system re-charged and this year replaced. Service guy told me you should NEVER have to add Freon to a new system. Wondering now if they installed a used or defective unit at my house.....

I reached out to this company last week regarding a landscaping project I had in the area. I never received a call back so i phoned them again and when I was inquiring about pricing the lady said goodbye and hung up. Talk about unprofessional. I bet she's a real pleasure to work with. I'll obviously be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible experience. They were unprepared and poorly organized. Poor workmanship. I basically kicked them out as soon as possible after I got some equipment installed and will do the finish touches by myself. I do NOT recommend.

I am very glad I called C.F. Acri and Son after getting an initial quote from another local company of over $1600 to fix our heat pump. Beside the exorbitant service charge and quote to fix it, the other company advised against fixing it and said it would be best to replace it. Bob with C.F. Acri was onsite for less than two hours and had us up and running again after suffering through an unseasonably hot weekend with no AC thanks to the other company. And the cost was only about twice the service charge we paid to the other company for their ""sales"" call. Thank you C.F Acri, you have earned this recommendation and the opportunity to replace our system when the time comes.

The most unprofessional people I have ever met. We were having some major duct work and heating problems at our home . They came to look at it, got back to us and said he needed to bring his boss. We never heard back, so one month later we called, and they both came out and said they would send a bid out. It has been two weeks and never received anything. Called today and said they don't wasn't to do the job. This is not how you do business. Do not go to them. They are unprofessional and don't have the common courtesy to call us. Horrible !
