Here's my rebuttal to you Miss Kim the bottom line is there is no dispute for the UV light I agree with you 100%, but after searching and looking to other people with the same predicament or situation you guys extremely overpriced you can get a UV bowl maybe a good one 3540 bucks on Amazon and then to put it into the system maybe 20 30 bucks you guys are charging over a thousand highway robbery that is absurd and that is ridiculous! I spoke to my gym at work she says that is totally absurd I went online to YouTube they said you were extremely overpriced again you guys want a profit I got it I understand but $1,000 come on it's ridiculous

I recently had Acree conduct my scheduled HVAC maintenance. Their technician, Joshua Diamond, did the work. It was completed in under an hour, and he was thorough and professional. What really impressed me was Mr. Diamond himself. He was personable and he engaged me throughout with his wit and good humor. Not only was I taken with his persona, I was convinced that hiring Acree was indeed a good decision.

UPDATE - I initially went with Acree because of their reviews, both on google, and with the BBB. Since this original review, I have had to replace my heat pump and air handler. Let me tell you it has been a nightmare. I signed the contract back in November of 2022 and just today 9/21/2023 they are trying to finish up the project. They had to cut a hole in the wall to get the old handler out and the new one in and promised to have it all finished up and looking very nice. Well, after I don't even know how many technician visits here, and how many doors they said the ordered, they finally installed a door today, not very well though. I couldn't tell you how many calls I made to them that went un-returned, an email toe the president that he followed up with the fact that he couldn't reply right away because he had to work with a crew to shoot a new commercial. Shows how they feel about their customers. I could go on and on but it's not worth my time and I would not waste your time on this company.

I live in Clearwater I had a wonderfully blessed experience with a Acree plumbing and air. they only did plumbing work for me, but I must say it was a wonderful experience not only are they were workers, professional, but very experienced. working with Ricardo, Cole and Barry made the everything easy, understandable and relatively quick. They ended up coming to my house a couple of times, but each time the work they did was outstanding I would highly highly highly recommend Acree plumbers to anyone who needs any type of plumbing issue, as well as air and electrical which they didn't even do for me, that's just how much I recommend them. thank you gentlemen for all of your kind words your help your assistance. I will call on you in the future. I am sure. till then I send my blessings.

Terrible. Came to our house 6-7 times, one of two units wasn't cooling certain times of the day. We spent over $6k on random things they told us was causing the problem, over a three month period. Still have the exact same problem and now our electric bill is $300 more than usual each month. Spoken to multiple service managers. I am done, now going to call another company.

I called them for a clogged toilet, they quoted me $675.00 to snake the drain, i said """"no"""" paid $79 service call fee. Then called another plumber who charged me $175 to remove the toilet and snake the drain. I wasted $79 calling Acree but wasn't ripped off for another $500

I have used them for both my new AC unit and backflow replacement. Very responsive and all the technicians are great. Jermaine Smith is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional!

I can say their answering service has really nice people however I booked an appointment at 9:25 am for Sunday, September 10th ( My Birthday) for a Plumber. My toilet was leaking. I turned off my water but it needed new connector and possibly a Toilet fill valve. I went to hardware store and purchased just in case and booked between (3-5pm today) I had to be home all day because the water was still dripping and I had to empty the bucket. Guess What? No one showed up. I called several times requesting status update ( crickets)! I had called before Acree a couple plumbers who did return my call and I told them I booked with Acree and said, Thank you. This was my experience and I can honestly say this was not how I wanted to spend my Birthday and my plans for dinner was ruined because I was unable to even take a shower. Acree tech finally said they could come tomorrow. I do not feel I can trust them. Would you? I did book another Plumber for tomorrow.

Awful experience. Pick any other company. Got a quote that someone would be at my house between 6 and 8 PM. Was told songs on the way at 6:30, it's after 9:00 pm and they're still not here

Very disappointed in my last plumbing service call. Was told the pipe in my main bathroom had collapsed (without doing any scope or diagnostics to confirm this) and will need to pull up tub and redo piping - quote $3500 (with my 10% """"membership discount""""). My brother in law is a plumber and I waited for him to come in town. It took less than 3 min to snake it and it unclogged. I feel so terrible that people are being treated like this and just take their word for it.
