Mike B.My tenant called for a clogged toilet. Acree responded in a timely manner, then proceeded to charge my tenant an insane price to snake the toilet, charging both for removing the toilet, and then again for snaking the line. They advised there was a """"belly"""" in the line and quoted almost $5,000 to fix the issue. The quote attached had one photograph, which doesn't show a belly, and has replacing all of the pipe in the quote. This company should be ashamed of themselves.
Service person was Aric Hallet. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, punctual, and GREAT customer service. He is an asset to your company. I will request him on all future service calls I might need.
So I will start off by saying my first time using this company was not a positive experience at all. However after trying them one more time I am very happy with my decision!! Aric H was AMAZING!! He made me and my husband feel at ease and helped us with his extensive knowledge with ACs!! He showed up early and was done with my problem in less than 30 minutes. He was also very thorough and kind. Thank you Aric for helping us today!! Also thank you Marcus for your help with my first issues.
Liars, cheats and thieves. I called Acree Plumming, Air and Electric because my 12 year old A/C stopped cooling. Acree sent Mike Powers and he told me the repairs would cost $10,000.00 so it would be cheaper to buy a new unit for $12,000.00. I stated I want another company to give a second opinion. Mr. Powers then told me he could fix it that night (it was close to 8pm) for only $800.00. This was, of course, in addition to the $79.00 service fee. I said """"No"""" and the next company, Curtis Cannon, fixed it for $500.00.

Best, Acree Plumbing Air & Electric Good morning, my name is William seefeld I recently called and had you guys come out because my thermostat kept turning off. A gentleman named Mike Powers came out and assess the situation and he assured me that the compressor was given out in my air handler was so clogged up it cannot operate right. He showed me a couple quotes and I thought they were quite high but I still put my faith in your company to do the right thing for me and I signed the contract. Mike told me if he needed me anytime during the night to just call his cell phone and he'd be right out to get me running. I woke up at 2:00 in the morning and my unit was off but I did not bother him that early in the morning. I did text him yesterday morning to let him know my AC was off if he can help me out because the email I got for the install was supposed to be for Thursday. To my surprise Mike never reached back out to me and then I got a phone call from Mason that he's on his way to do the install.Yesterday Mason and a helper came out to start the new install they finally got everything taken down and installed the new equipment. Mason was having problems because he could not get the unit to turn on until he looked into it a little further and noticed that my wiring going to the thermostat was bad. So he took his time and pulled the Old wire out and installed new wire and then the unit turned on. With that said it seems like I got taken advantage of a little bit by Mike because he was not thorough enough to figure out that it was a wire and not my compressor or handler. I am a little disappointed that it went that way. I looked at my coils from the handler and they did not look bad clogged up or anything. On another note I definitely expect if someone is going to do work at my house that they would definitely clean their mess up and that was not the case here and I will attach pictures for you to see. The slab that my old compressor was sitting on is now in my neighbor's yard for some reason they never took it with them. Another disturbing thing I came across I was checking my cameras that looks down my hallway and for some reason the helper seen my cat stick his head out of the cat door in my room. He decided to walk over and stick his phone through the hole in my door and take pictures of what I think was my cat but who knows. I think that's a little unprofessional and should never happen. I chose to email you before I made a review because I had you guys come out once before and I gave you a bad review and then you made it right so I changed my review and I appreciate that. So I was due for an AC checkup and a guy came out to tell me that my duck work is collapsed and eaten up by rats. That's something the first guy should have caught when he was in my attic give me a quote for my air conditioning. Now they want to try to charge me between 4000 and $7,000 to repair or replace my ductwork and that would put me at a grand total of about 19 to $20,000. I've done a little research and it seems like I could have got a new unit inside and out for $6,000. I called to talk to the manager and he still has not called me back but the technician called me tonight and said he will have the manager call me tonight and still no phone call. I recommend this company to nobody. I will be adding this to the better Business Bureau.
I contacted Acree Sunday morning letting them know that my air-conditioning unit was not blowing cold air for one of my tenants. They took all my information and said a technician will call me when they are on the way. I followed up four times during the day, and once again, took all my information and said a technician will follow up. At 9pm at night I gave up and called Cool Today, who came out within the hour. That Acree technician never did call me - I will never them again, they are unreliable and a waste of time !
DON'T USE ACREE. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, SALESMAN WAS PUSHY, SERVICE PERSON WAS RUDE, INSTALLER DAMAGED MY SKIRTING. I was experiencing loss of air conditioning in the trailer due to, what I thought, was a lead in the duct. First contact: August 23, 2023 Called Acree to check the duct work since it was installed by Acree. The guy came, stuck his head under the trailer and said the problem was the cheap air conditioning unit that I bought. Second contact: On December 14, 2023, Adriene came by with a buddy. He did go under the park model in several places and examined the duct work and took pictures. At one point, I noticed the skirting budging out, more and more. I thought maybe Adriene was kicking it with his foot. Then all of a sudden, his head popped out and other guy was pulling the skirting panel off and ripped another panel to make quick access for Adriene. Then a wind exposed the tear. I did talk to Marcus after this service call and he explained that there was some exposed wood under the park model and offered to send me pictures. Never got the pictures or the vapor barrier fixed. DON'T USE ACREE. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, SALESMAN WAS PUSHY, SERVICE PERSON WAS RUDE, INSTALLER DAMAGED MY SKIRTING.
I had a new air conditioner install late September 23 and this unit hasn't passed inspection still!!! They have come 3 times to fix it and the inspector just came last week and it's still didn't pass. I would not use them for anything!!!!!!!!!!
How can a company charge 79.. & not do a thing..didn't look in ac unit..didn't check hoses..
Jason H.I'm stuck with this company due to buying a new AC unit 4+ years ago from them. The AC unit breaks at least once a year. I'm part of their platinum program which means I pay $34.99/month and $80 for every visit they make to fix the AC. The good news is this is a fixed cost and I'll pay nothing more for any AC repair for 10 years since I have a 10 year manufacturer warranty on parts. The bad news is the AC unit they sold me breaks at least once a year. As part of the platinum program, I'm entitled to a free plumbing inspection each year. I had one done on December 27th. There was a small water leak in my garage between the water heater and my water softener. The technician couldn't tell me, with any certainty, where the leak was coming from. He recommended I replace both the water softener and the water heater to make sure the problem was resolved. Here are the quotes I got as a platinum member, which includes 20% off regular rates: Water softener: $4015.07 Water heater: $2670.02. A lifetime warrant was offered for $8769.42. I called Florida Water Treatment, the company who installed my water softener 10+ years ago for a second opinion and to see if they could figure out where the leak was coming from. They immediately identified the leak was from the water softener and not the water heater. The replacement cost was $2100, everything included. The prices this company charges are insane. Get a quote from anyone other than this place.
