Our skilled technicians possess the expertise to handle all your plumbing requirements, and we strive to meet the high standards of service that you and your family deserve.
My goal in starting this business was to provide my customers with exceptional service. With a background in construction dating back to 1987, I have remodeled kitchens and bathrooms throughout the local community. Yet, I frequently encountered high costs for plumbing services. Through my construction company, I have been able to offer my clients exceptional service at a reasonable price, and now I aim to integrate the plumbing aspect into my overall business model. This is our commitment to our plumbing customers.
For more than 25 years, Robert Salas has owned a local business. He is proud of his commitment to quality work and maintaining positive customer relations.

If you are looking for a construction company for a commercial project that is professional, punctual, communicative, accurate and with a fast paced work flow, look no further than AC&R. We were lucky to find these great partners in construction when our family owned cigar shop had to relocate after 23 years to a new building.
In order for our new location to work for the needs of our business, we needed to frame a walk-in humidor, four walls, add a doorway, fix flooring, and 3 new doors.
Florice, our project manager was very communicative and allowed us to feel very supported throughout the whole construction process. Robert at AC&R was really great to work with as well.
Our construction project was started just before the pandemic started and was finished during the pandemic. AC&R staff found the ways to pivot with the world had to for safety as well as changed their work flows to maximize safety for their staff and ours.
Rogelio, was a construction superstar and always had a positive/professional attitude on site. Also they use a website that they update with photos of the progress of your project. I found this very helpful as a business owner with a lot on my plate and not always being able to be on site.
I will definitely be working with AC&R on our future construction projects.

Don't do it! Use someone else!
It's a long saga, of which 95% could have been avoided if there had been a job superintendent over seeing the job. My kitchen remodel, was over $40000, not including the new flooring that AC&R damaged.
AC&R had no problem leaving my house for days and weeks with flooring protection and plastic sheeting taped to my ceiling & floor, which is how the initial damage was done to my hardwood floor. I guess they didn't know blue painters isn't suppose to be left adhered to the wood flooring, because it damages it.
The first major issue was when the kitchen windows were replaced and the window guys were grinding stucco etc and it was blowing into my house!
The plastic sheeting from the kitchen to the dining room had been removed by one of the many workers that had been in my house. Since there wasn't a job sup no one corrected it. But the window installers did get a box fan and had it blowing towards the outside, not effective.
The powdery ground stucco was throughout my dining room and living room
After the fact,Robert told me he had had problems with his guy who does ""custom cabinets"", he told me the guy had let him down before, after he let him down on my project too, but Robert kept using him.
I gave AC&R the specs for my built-in refrigerator. The part of the cabinet where the refrigerator goes wasn't finished, so the raw wood shows, screws and all. They keep doing patch work cover ups on it, that are obvious. If a job superintendent would have been overseeing the job, this wouldn't have happened. I didn't know it was going to be my job to oversee the job.
He had the same cabinet guy come in and try to repair the floor.
But the real floor damage was when Robert had his guy think he could lightly sand my hardwood floor and spray a sealant on it, after he was told it would not work by the flooring company. Robert felt it was worth a try. The damage now was not just the boards were damaged by the tape, but he had sanded approximately an 8 x 12 foot area to try to blend it!! Which is now an eye sore. Robert had a guy come out and try to fix that.
He put a different sealant on it, it's better than the last 'fix it', but he contractor said it would need to be redone every two years.
Hardwood floors shouldn't need to be resealed, especially every two years.
He did have the drawers repaired, because they came completely out of the cabinet because short screws were used. This took forever to get done too.
Recently, Robert said he would pay to have an installer remove the refrigerator and fix the cabinet and then have it reinstalled. He told me he would get three installers and I could choose the one I want. He took pictures of the flooring material that I had, I told him I just want the area that was damaged replaced, he could get a reputable flooring company to come out and do it. It had been weeks since I heard from him.
After I emailed him, again,
he is now saying he won't take care of it and telling me to get it done myself with the left over balance or go to court!!

We had our master bathroom remodelled and are very happy with the result! The full AC&R team was a pleasure to work with. I especially appreciated working with Steve as the project manager who was very transparent and flexible throughout the process. Thanks again Robert for a successful project!

We had AC&R do our kitchen counter tops color our cabinets and put can lights in. They did a great job any thing we had a questions about Robert would take care of it. And it all got done be for the quarantine started.

As this was our first time doing any renovations, we got 4-5 bids for our kitchen, master bath, and powder room remodel. Some contractors came back with outrageous prices, and some suspiciously low. Robert's estimate was very fair. Aside from looking at the bid prices, what really helped us decide was Robert's knowledge when he came out to quote the project. He asked questions and made us aware of details that other contractors completely missed. Steve was our project manager, and I'm so glad he was. We had hit a few speed bumps along the road, but Steve's quick responses really made the whole project run as smooth as any project could. From the kitchen backsplash tiling to the bathrooms full remodel, the crew really shocked us as to the attention to detail they had. For any future home renovations, we're definitely going with AC&R again.
Lastly, thank you Robert, Steve, and Team for your patience and help completing this project!

We had a bathroom renovation and Robert came over to give us an estimate. He gave us a reasonable estimate and overall we are happy with our experience. His project manager Steve was responsive and our project was completed within the given time frame. We would recommend AC & R to anyone looking to renovate their home. They are professional and do the job right.

Found I had a leak one day in my shower. Call for some estimates from some different companies. One of the companies was AC&R. Robert the owner came over at 5:30 at night to look at the project and give me an estimate. Robert is one of the nicest down-to-earth people that I have met. My wife and I decided to give Robert and a c&R our business. we met with Robert on the Saturday morning to pick out all the materials the tile for the shower pan and shower doors. While at his showroom we met the ladies that work in the office all of them are so nice and very helpful. So after signing the contract and decided to start on that Thursday. Rufo showed up demo the bathroom got it ready for Eric & Juan to build a shower pan and get it ready for hot mopping. Monday hot mopping was done Tuesday ruffo was back tiling by, Thursday rufo was done euro glide had come in and did measurements for the shower glass doors. Steve Garcia who was the project manager was great and keeping us abreast on all aspects. I have to give a big thank you to everyone at a c&R again and mr. Robert

My husband happend to run across AC&R while we were looking for someone to work with to do a complete renovation on my parents house and from the day he spoke to the owner Robert, we knew we would give him our business. He answered all our phone calls and texts and made sure to give us his undivided time every time we reached out. That gave us a sense of security and he really gained our trust quickly. From then on they were timely, professional, courteous and walked us through their showroom. We worked with one of his associates in the show room and she gave us such amazing customer service, thank you Florice! Sat with us for hours while we picked out all the materials for the renovation. It was a HUGE Reno and they understood that and took their time with us to make sure we picked out everything and that we loved it also. They have a great showroom with TONS of styles and selections to choose from. The project manager Gilbert was great and the rest of the team was awesome too as we saw how hard and FAST they worked. They competed our job in 30 days and we couldn't be happier. We will be giving them our future business due to the superior level of professionalism, quality work and just overall giving us an amazing experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you guys for all your hard work!

We looked at other bathroom remodeling places and the estimates provided were comparable to that of AC&R. However after talking with Robert and Florice, our gut told us to stick with AC&R. It was one of the best decisions we have made in this entire process. Florice spent the entire day helping us with our selections. Steve, the on-sight project manager was vey accommodating to our every needs. He walked us through the project step by step. The workers were very friendly, and they have made the extra effort of keeping the work area clean.

I found this contractor through Yelp. It has indeed been a blessing. AC&R is not cheapest but they do exactly what they promised. The renovation of our bathrooms are done perfectly and on time. We have website to sign in and photos to go by. They uncovered issues and dealt with it in proper manner. The crew were professional and the owner runs this place in tip top ship shape. We asked for their help in few occasions for other complex plumbing issues. The experience of all visits, various crews, are consistent. Their technical knowledge, thoroughness, and well skilled staffs are really an assets to the team. This company, the owners and their staffs are rare find in today's contracting industry.
