Great choice! We had a leak Thanksgiving evening, contacted them Friday, they arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, presented our choices, had the parts ready for the repair, handled it quickly, cleaned up and presented a final bill for very close to the original estimated minimum charge. Very polite, ethical and friendly. This was an easy job but we would not hesitate to hire them for a bigger project. We paid by check but they offered other easy payment options. Entirely pleased with our experience!

Great family owned company! Our water heater broke and needed replacing on Veterans Day, John and his son came out the same day I messaged him and gave us a fair price on the job! Another company we called wanted to charge us triple the price for it being the holiday! John was professional, on time and did a fantastic job replacing our water heater!! I had them come out in Oct. to assess a plugged toilet. They were able to schedule me that day. They were very knowledgeable and professional and were able to diagnose the problem fast. John was absolutely great and its always a pleasure working with a family business. You feel like you get a chance to know the person and it was wonderful to see his son working by his side.

I had a water heater burst on Thursday night and John was down in San Diego on Friday to fix it. A couple of things that really stuck out in my mind about the whole experience:

1. Professional service: There is no replacement for decades of experience and his workmanship was top class as was his efficiency

2. Fair Pricing: John is an entrepreneur and wants to win your business. He knows the value of his work and you will get you a fair price. But whatever he can do on cost savings, he tries to pass that on. The transparency was greatly appreciated.

3. He is a busy guy and in high demand. So in order to give the best prices, he takes on projects as a group especially since he services San Diego. So I would say be a bit patient and flexible with the timing but he always texted back immediately and gave me an ETA.

I look forward to using him for my next project, which is most likely a water softener unit. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick one that could be bought on Amazon.

Wow! So after two weeks of not having a kitchen faucet and going back and forth with Lowe's installation services, we were finally able to have someone come out and get us squared away.
