I like Shelby. Easy to talk to. Communicated through a call and texts. He was on time and assessed the problem quickly. I had bought a whole new door handle and he told me that it just needed a replacement latch bolt assembly and face plate. He ran down to Ace Hardware, got the parts and installed them. I returned the door handle and saved $115.

I also have a drippy faucet in the bathtub. He found out what make and model I have and said that it was a faulty shower cartridge. We went on Amazon and ordered the replacement shower cartridge for 17 bucks. He will come over after it arrives and install it. Easy peasy.

Not only did Shelby Keep his appointment, he was early which I loved. He really respects your time which is important to me. If I have any other jobs in the future I will be using Acorn Repair service!
