Stay away! They add charges that they don't do. Stay away from these rip off artists. It cost me over 500 bucks for a simple drain clear and it took them 4 trips. 1st trip Noone showed up. 2nd trip kid showed up and didn't k on what he is doing. 3rd trip same kid complained his partner couldn't be there. 4th trip almost 1 month later from the 1st appointment competent guy showS up and charges me for stuff he doesn't do. Amazing service. Bill was wonderful. He is super friendly and very efficient at what he was doing. This is the 2nd time he came out. The First he went a head and stopped the issue and had to seclude the follow up visit to repair it. It all works great now. My cat even followed him around trying to help. He didn't mind and treated them like the rest of the family - kind and respectful. Highly recommend him.

If I could give no stars I would! Worker associate Todd came to my home and worked on our water shutoff valve for sprinkler system and faucet. Despite the cost, he completed the job but when we turned on the valve a month later the valve was leaking. Quoted as having a one year warranty for the work. Left 4 voice messages. No response over a week-still waiting. Would not recommend them.

Great experience. Acorn was about the 8th plumbing service I called on a weekend and the only ones to help us that day. One of the other plumbers, unable to help, kindly gave me an estimate, saying ""it shouldn't cost more than that, if it does, you're being taken!"" which I appreciated, being clueless about plumbing. Not only was their price below this guy's estimate, but there was no extra charge for a same-day, weekend visit. Will definitely use the folks at Acorn again!

We hired Todd to help us with plastic fittings under our sink so a new dishwasher could be installed. On the phone, Todd said he does not like plastic shut off valves and would come out to fix the issue and get the area ready for a new dishwasher. Well, his guy instead replaced the water supply hose with a nylon braided one. New dishwashers all come with this hose already. So, we are out $175 for a hose we would have gotten with our dishwasher. Todd says he cannot help us without charging us more. I can not recommend him to others given this experience. Be aware!
